One Big Mystery

I am still pretty upset about last night's part of the Head of Household competition. I'm not especially upset at who won per se but what ticks me off is that Kevin and Natalie were both caught not following the rules and nothing was done.

After the live feeds finally returned post show, we heard production telling the hamsters that they have to face poolside (forward). However, Kevin spent at least half the competition facing towards his right. He seemed to be focused on a gear that was responsible for making the log turn. And then there was Natalie who was caught holding on to her rope instead of her key.

Jordan was the only one who followed the rules last night and wound up being the first one out. Her being out first didn't surprise me but Kevin and Natalie should have been disqualified long before Jordan slipped off the log. If that had happened, Jordan would have won last night.

Allison Grodner is switching up the schedule for this final week of Big Brother. What has happened in seasons past is the second part of the Head of Household competition would have been held today (the next day after endurance part of the competition) and then the third part of the HOH competition is shown live on Thursday's show.

That's not happening this year. Julie told us last night that the second part of the HOH competition will be shown live on Thursday's show. At first, I just thought Julie had messed up and meant third part. But oh no! Julie was right.

In this interview with Allison Grodner, she confirms what Julie said was correct. But the rest of the schedule is a mystery because Allison won't spill with the details.

So what do you think about Kevin winning the first part of the HOH competition last night? What did you think about the live show and Michele's eviction last night? I still can't get over Natalie's goodbye message to Michele. What a bitch! Finally, how do you think the schedule is going to play out the rest of this season?

Update at 4:25 PM - Lots of news today! Big Brother has been renewed for a twelfth season. Evel Dick (BB8 winner), Mike Boogie(BB2 & All Stars winner), Danielle Reyes (BB3 & All Stars), and Janelle Pierzina (BB6 & All Stars) will join Julie Chen on the live show tomorrow evening. Julie Chen has another blog post up! By the way, she confirms that Jeff didn't see his goodbye messages due to time constraints.

Michele's exit interview is up and you can see it below. Also, check out Julie Chen's and Ross Matthews' interviews with Michele. They're very interesting!

The fix is in.

Posted by: Jems at September 9, 2009 04:55 AM

Well..not surprised that PITBULL & GAYAD cheated...Kevins as much as a bizzz-natch as her Corn-cob up de butt-buddy is. It's just BS..What's wrong with Allison Gardner? She's as much as to blame...TOO..cause Allison let those idiots she allowed in the BB house, on her show to cheat and mess with others HGs things. It's just plain BS. It's just like Kevin seeing the POV comp before the other 2...Allison needs to step up or she won't have a show...cause she shows ALL of AMERICA...she has a cheating, FIXED Big Brother Show that NO ONE will want to watch! Including me..GANT shows us she;s a shallow egg head that lies, is rude and not a nice person. Talk about that 18 year old, I mean OPPS 24 year old LIAR! F HER! I do feel sorry for Michelle. PITBULL Is just a bitch, period! NO I don't want her to win..and even seeing her with her holding the rope and not the key..even still the list gets higher for me not to watch the rest of the show...let alone BB at all anymore! BIG BROTHER lets the dirt bags get away with anything they want to...it's just disgusting! Ackkk on BB!

Posted by: IMPY at September 9, 2009 04:56 AM

I agree with the others, everybody should complain about the competition. The rules were broken, so they should be disqualified. No wonder Gnat makes those stupid faces, she knows can cheat and they do nothing. If there is no disqualification, then I'm probably done with this show. It was fun to watch when it was a reality show, but now that it's looking fixed, it's not interesting anymore.

NastaLIE is a total bitch for the things she said to Michele during the nomination ceremony. I thought it was totally uncalled for especially since Gnat is THE dirtiest player ever! And thanking her fans in her blog???? WTH? Last time I checked, she didn't have any. And if I were Jason (her fiance), I'd run like hell before giving her the real ring. If she lives her life like she did in the BB house, then Lord help him! Come on Jordo, I hope you can still pull this one out and give them the biggest upset ever!!

Posted by: ShellyinSC at September 9, 2009 04:57 AM

Omg am I glad anyone other that gnat won? Absolutely! Do I appreciate the way that BB has allowed the obvious cheating? NO FREAKING WAY!!! Come on AG...don't be swayed and manipulate the outcome of this game. Kev and Gnat were both not following the rules. One of these days...a contestant is going to sue AG AND CBS when the outcome has been manipulated.

Well it is 5 am here...just got up after watching the idiot pair of gnnat and kev quit off the log. I didn't even bother turning on my laptop...so I am posting this from my phone...lol damn I am a pathetic fan of this show......

Posted by: Spookicat at September 9, 2009 05:05 AM

I've been watching all season long. I can't believe that wench Natalie is still in this game and may win it. I told my wife last night that if she wins it, I'm turning off the TV and not watching the rest of the final episode! In my opinion, she is the worst contestant ever to play this game! I can't stand her and her mode of playing. She has thought all along that she has been playing this masterful game. Ya, right. She flew with Jessie and then when Jeff and the house made that huge blunder of sending the Tattoo queen home instead of Natalie well she has flown by herself and her lies the rest of the way. I know and understand lying is part of the game, but it?s the way she does it and her attitude is for shit too!! Kevin has played a good game but I hope putting his trust in this wench won't cost him if he makes it. I saw that hand on the rope thig too. That should have been a disqualification!! Not one part of her hand was on that key.

Posted by: Dave T. at September 9, 2009 05:11 AM

I guess after all is said and done BB and Allison want Kevin and Natalie as the final two and just proved the point again with the latest competition. They are allowed to cheat in the 'game' and move on when we know if anyone else this season did the same thing they would have been disqualified. I feel bad for Jordan to go through all of that 'work' when production and K/N knew the game was fixed. With so many DR sessions this year I guess it explains why the season has transpired the way it has. Sad to think BB/Allison want K/N in the final two.

Posted by: ccc3s at September 9, 2009 05:16 AM

I don't care anymore. Jeff ruined the show. All left are just the boring people. When is the next season going to start? Maybe Survivor is going to be a more interesting show than this.

Posted by: Robmeister at September 9, 2009 05:20 AM

I am so disgusted that BB/CBS let both Kev and Nat cheat while the first part of the final HOH contest was going on. Kevin concentrated so hard on what he was looking at, and everytime the log would roll or change, he was prepared. That is cheating. And Gnat with the rope... a rope does not equal key. Jordan followed all the rules laid out and look what happens.

Shame on BB/CBS. Bet all the rule breaking will be edited out for the TV viewers. This year it is so obvious that two people are allowed to run the house and production. Blechhhh.

Posted by: Sleepyeye at September 9, 2009 05:21 AM

Well, ya know, I think I'm OVER big brother. Hearing how Kev and Gnat got away with cheating did it for me.

Thanks HD for your blog and chat. I'll probably finish out this season by just checking your blog.

See you in chat for Survivor.

Posted by: SudokuGal at September 9, 2009 05:29 AM

I think it is so sad that AG & CBS allowed the cheating to go on as they did last night. WHY???
I would have had more respect for CBS & AG if they let the game, play fair. But we all know now that this is a fixed game. So sad, I guess it's not really a reality show after all. Just another show that is a cheat to the public.

Posted by: Bobsbabe at September 9, 2009 05:32 AM

My questions involve the change in the final days (from the article linked), and I hope someone can give good answers.
If someone is eliminated on Tuesday, LIVE on finale night, that means they won't be able to ask any questions during the jury round table with the final two. That doesn't seem right since they will have the most recent information (the final 3 person always has quite a bit to say to the rest of the jury before questioning of the final 2 starts) and won't have a chance to ask questions. Will they get to hear the questions that are asked?
Again, how can America truly vote for the tie breaker if you do not know who is in the final 2? Will that be a super quick vote during the show (but then people on the west coast or other time zones won't be able to have their vote counted)? You can't ask who you want to win in the final 3 because the numbers would be off when one of the people was eliminated. How is that right?
We all know much more goes on in the jury round table than we ever see. How can they make that part live?
I hope that is all wrong information. I guess it's OK if Part 2 is on Thursday, but Part 3, eviction, jury round table questions of final 2 and America voting for tie breaker better take place over the weekend!! Can't wait to read what other people's opinions are! Maybe I'm just too tired and not getting it!

We need to flood the complaint box with our feelings on last nights competition...perhaps a finale boycott is in order !!!!!!

Posted by: leigh at September 9, 2009 05:34 AM

Last night on the tv show, after the POV comp, when Gnat came down to celebrate with Kevin. She brought 2 bottles of Mike's Hard Lemonade. If she was only 18, then CBS obviously would not be supplying her with alcohol, right?

Posted by: Michael at September 9, 2009 05:42 AM

I am so pissed off at last night's competition, Iwas just sickened. These people are supposed to watch them like a hawk for every move, they sure were quick to jump on past houseguests (ie. Janelle's endurance challenge in season 6). I did use the link to protest this. Thanks, falconut! Hope they correct it! yeah right....

Posted by: Jan at September 9, 2009 05:42 AM

HOH results should be changed - you break the rules, you are disqualified. BB can still make that decision; it's not too late!!!! Everyone needs to contact CBS and remind them of how BB is supposed to work!!!!

Posted by: Sue at September 9, 2009 05:46 AM

sent my complaint form in...not watching the finale...don't care...

Posted by: Phyllis at September 9, 2009 05:54 AM

I am so pissed at big brother....why didn't they do anything when they cheated???? I am done with Big brother for the rest of the season HUGE disappointment. I know a few other people that feel the same way. SO NOT RIGHT... CBS get your crap together....I love this site and will read it every day until the end but COME ON...GNAT needs to LEAVE NOW...HELLO WAKE UP ALLISON PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SHOW AND SEE HOW THEY CHEATED!!!!!!!!

Posted by: BB at September 9, 2009 05:55 AM

Nothing surprises me about Big Brother. It is so obvious that Production (Allison) wants Kevin or Natalie to win. It has been that way the entire game. The way they have allowed them to steal and destroy other people's property has just amazed me. They will be very happy next Tuesday when they realize all their rule bending helped their favorites win the $500,000 and $50,000. It is really not fair.

Posted by: Meg at September 9, 2009 06:21 AM

I sent in my complaint. I can't beleive Big brother allowed them to cheat. Do they not know people listen when Julie gives the rules and them people watch the feeds to make sure they are not broken? How stupid. I'm very, very disappointed in the producers for allowing this to happen.
I've usually defended them when people say the game is fixed. Now i'm not so sure. They should review their tapes and do some disqualifying fast.

Posted by: Dinkie at September 9, 2009 06:28 AM

I was really hoping Jordan would win the first part and upset K&N. I do think when it is apparant houseguests are not going to follow the rules----"something" should happen.
Also wondering--there are 6 jurors, right? What happens IF the vote is tied?

Posted by: ohjoan at September 9, 2009 06:29 AM

I would like to know why Jeff was not shown his farewell messages?

Posted by: ohjoan at September 9, 2009 06:31 AM

It was bad enough when jordan basically lost the last hoh competition because of the airplane flying overhead and not being able to hear, but now this...Allowing Kevin and Natalie to cheat and not be disqualified. What's up bb are you going to allow kevin and natalie to control you too?

Posted by: connie at September 9, 2009 06:32 AM

ha, ha, ha, ha, ha...what nonsense i read here...every year the same thing...if you J/J lovers want to hate someone, put your blame on Jeff for his wrongheaded decision making, or on Jordon for buying into the Russell game face, or Michelle for confusing everyone with her nutsy strategy...Natalie and Kevin have been consistent from the beginning, and don't be telling me about how their game play is like their real life...you have no idea...and neither do i...as for the HOh comp, Jordan had no chance anyhow...even if she won the endurance, she'd never win the final question faceoff, and, guess what, it doesn't matter, because Kevin (most likely) or Natalie might both take her to the final two anyhow...who the heck knows...all i know is two things: i will watch every minute of the finale, and thank the gods that Survivor and TAR are soon approaching.

Posted by: elytheeel at September 9, 2009 06:40 AM

In the interview with AG they asked who Kevin or NataLIE would take with them to the final two. Part of Allison's response was that Gnat may not have the support from the jury that she thinks she has "especially given what some of the people in jury have seen lately".

Do you think that the jury may know about Gnat's decision with the Pandora's box? In the commercial leading up to that show they mentioned the jury being involved in this round of pandora's box.

Posted by: ConnieV at September 9, 2009 06:49 AM

Like you HD I am royally upset about this last week or so. I always knew that they did a little tinkering in the back but allowing things like with Kevin in the POV and then last night with the demonic duo to break the rules without being chastised is WRONG and shouldn't be tolerated. They have always dealt with rules being broken in the past like others have noted so why not now unless the fix is REALLY in.

I've lodged my complaint on the site provided by falconut and while I suspect it won't do any good I can still hope. If there isn't anything done I am going to do like others which is check your site and jokers occasionally for the rest of the season, cancel my subscription to RealPlayer and not watch Big Brother anymore.

Your site is awesome and I've enjoyed it for the last couple of years. Thanks for what you do and taking the time to do it.

P.S. I've voted for Michelle to get the $25,000 America's Vote award. Her social skills sucked but she was an awesome competitor.

Posted by: Meltedsouth at September 9, 2009 06:51 AM

I would think BB would do everything possible to make sure Jordie Mae gets to the final. It only makes sense from a ratings viewpoint. I don't buy a conspiracy to get Kevin and the Nat to the finals.

Posted by: Joe Genius at September 9, 2009 06:53 AM

THis season really sucked! Cheating is apparently allowed and influence thru production except the influence didnt give the people what they wanted and mark my words we will rebel. I didnt by feeds this year and I am sure alot of you didnt due to the rigging of the show and the outcome. CRAPPY CRAPPY SHOW!

Posted by: Debi at September 9, 2009 06:56 AM

I will miss Jordan total vocabulary. " It Sucks " and "Shut UP". They will take her to the finals and guess what? Jordan will win 4 to 3. Against Kevin in the finals she will get Americas vote, Jeff, Michele, and Natalie. Kevin will get rid of Nat so she will use a spite vote for JOrdan. Against Natalie she will get Jeffs, Russells, Michele and Americas vote. Kevin will beat Nat in finals. Lydia, America, Jeff, Jordan and Michelle will choose Kevin over Nat.

hi hd

after reading your re-cap about the hoh comp, i cant believe cbs has allowed this. i am so disappointed.

as for natilie's message last night to michelle. i agree, complete bitch. i just dont get the hatred towards michelle. once its over at least michelle will see she indeed had a fan base & gnat did NOT.

Posted by: mjude at September 9, 2009 07:13 AM

The timing change smacks of ratings grab, to keep some of people watching that would otherwise skip it if the F2 is known prior.

Posted by: Bill K at September 9, 2009 07:20 AM

elytheeel, you're just as demented at gnat. You and your Jerry Springer fans should go watch something else and take those two delusional nutjobs plus Allsison Grodner with you. This is family time and I am so sick of the way this BB show has evolved. They catered to Chima and her rants as well. It is not right and not what the show used to be. Following rules was part of the game and important. I think Allison Grodner should be fired and I sent a message saying just that. Its all Bull Shit!

Posted by: MaBella at September 9, 2009 07:28 AM

i cant believe nat got away with not holding the key. wtf. and if they were told to face forward, kevin wasnt, could this be fixed. hmmm i sent my complaint in this morning, i have the live feeds and bbad. ag needs to get a handle on this now, or other contestants will take the cheating even further, we all saw chima and how long they let her and nat and lydia get away with stuff. i have not forgotten natalie almost pushing chima to do some of the things she did, nat blames michelle look in the mirror . i voted for michelle for the 25k, she deserves it, she played hard, was on slop the longest and was daily bullied by these losers. im done i will only come on this site to see what happens. take care all , and as always hd you are outstanding.

Posted by: gramy at September 9, 2009 07:33 AM

They have let Kevin and Nat cheat this whole season from talking a foreign language to Kevin cheating in the final and most important veto. They also knew about the cheat sheet that they had and did nothing about it. I think after Jeff did the most stupid thing in BB history they decided to let Kevin and Nat win and even try to make the pair more apealing to all of us. Thats why we got to see Nats boyfriend asking her to marry him even with that she came across as cold and unfeeling. I will not be watching next year. I am so sorry Michele for all the crap you had to endure.

Posted by: Sandy at September 9, 2009 07:51 AM

I haven't watched the last two episodes because of all the BS that has been going on...I've been coming here for updates! It sucks to come on here and see that BB is not sticking to the rules that are required for the competitions! Ugh...not sure how much longer I will be a BB fan if this crap continues! I'm curious to see if the BB Producers will do anything about all the complaints I'm sure they're receiving.

Posted by: BBFanz at September 9, 2009 08:02 AM

...sigh...

Well...I'm still hoping against all hope that one of two things happen. Jordan wins (love her, but not holding my breath), or Kevin brings Jordan along for the final ride to final two, ensuring that Jordan gets at least $50,000.

Sent packing, Gnat-a-lie skulks over to the hole she came out of...muttering the whole way...."It wasn't my fault, it wasn't my fault, he cheated, she cheated, they are all liars....I am the only one that played this game with integrity blah, blah, blah"....stops...looks up at the camera..."I love you Jessie...ah...I mean Jason. Ya know what I'm sayin'?"

About the cheating....I have to go on another computer to check the Flashbacks, but last night when I was watching and saw the update with the screen capture of Natalie holding the chain I started paying attention and am pretty sure that I noticed that Jordan was holding the chain at one point too. (Probably saw that Natalie was doing it and not disqualified so decided it was okay.) It was during one of those windy/raining things so I'm not 100% sure, and will have to rewind to see. If not, then I'll put more energy into being upset about the cheating. It does really bug me though that Kevin was allowed to stand sideways and watch the mechanics of the whole thing.

I'm actually resigned to how it unfolded last night. When listening to Kevin over the 24 hours prior to the comp he was adamant that he was going to 'endure' even if it meant that he would have to pea his pants. I'm pretty sure cheating or not that he would have outlasted Jordan. The only thing that I was really hoping for was that Jordan would outlast Gnat-a-lie. But then we would have had to endure (ad nauseam), listening to how she dropped on purpose!

So, like I said, I'm still hoping for one of the two above scenarios to take place, and I'm actually looking forward to the finale...I want this to be over!

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Here is the CBS Comment Section link. I would recommend that everyone comment on the rule breaking 1. Gnat not holding the key 2. Kevin sideways not forward - I wrote a long detail including the last POV where Michelle and Jordan had technical issues not in their hands, which allowed Kevin to "win" the POV and BB did nothing.

You are allowed 2000 words! I love a fair game and have no problem when people win fairly, but when BB is dumb enough to allow those who can actually see what they are doing on the live feeds, then what is the point of having an audiance.

Comment and tell them how you feel!

Cirsey

Oh - go Kevin or Jordan - Gnat just go away!! Kevin would be dumb to take her to the final 2 and so would Jordan. But Gnat has been the master of maniupulation and just may take this whole thing....*sad sigh*

Posted by: Cirsey at September 9, 2009 08:09 AM

I too am sick of the cheaters getting away with shit all season. I also read Alison grod's release and it sounds like the last person evicted on Thursday may be the vote to decide who wins since they don't get to talk to the JH. I keep hearing we will be the tie breaker vote but does anyone know if that is fact or fiction? I can't figure out how three HG's will still be in the house on Thursday? And what advantage that extra person will have if any? HD? or Anyone know?

Posted by: Patti at September 9, 2009 08:09 AM

So fixed. I used to love this show. At least if it was fixed before they didn't make it so obvious. I know it won't do any good but for the first time I won't watch anymore. I will check the blog though!

HD
I did not get my scoring report for last night's episode from fafarazzi. Did you? It is always in my inbox early the morning after the show. Maybe AG & co. are looking into the allegations of cheating and reviewing the tapes. What do you think?
So disappointed for Michele and Jordan.
Betty
P.S. I'm not going to cancel anything or quit watching the show even if my favs don't win. I'm too curious about the final outcome.

Posted by: Betty at September 9, 2009 08:29 AM

What a night it was last night. By the time Jordan slipped I was chatted out with you guys. I didn't stick for the last 15 min to see if Nat was true to her promise because I was so sick of her running her mouth about how this was "hers to win" and how no one else ever had a chance.

HD - thank you so much for hosting this site. And for making it so easy for us to get together and enjoy it. From the many great posts with their prodding questions and easy to respond format to the quick links to chat, twitter and that great link to the feeds this is an easy one stop shop. And to everyone who comes here to read, post, and emote I thank you for making the show so much more enjoyable and interactive.

Last night on the show I found myself tensing up every time they focused on Natalie. Listening to her gloat and spew hateful comments was not fun.
On the feeds after Michelle had been evicted for over 30 minutes (due to the long time spent on trivia before feeds came back and let me just make a little sarcastic comment about how much I loved that trivia) Natalie continued with the Michelle hate. There was no need for comments like "B.. wouldn't wear a dress. I told B.. to wear a dress because she was going home and she should look nice but B.. said she looked nice in sweats. What a B"

I was shocked to see how long everyone stayed on that log. BB was trying hard to get them off after hour 2. Starting the log fast, stopping, switching directions, stopping, and tricking them by going in the same direction as last time with a quick jerk. And all the time there is Kevin watching the gears to see what was coming up. They almost made it 4 hours up there. And they were cold and wet once that rain started. When they added in the hail and fake snow? I am very impressed that they hung on.
I was so hopeful for a bit in the 2nd hour as Natalie came close to falling off that darn thing. She was practically swinging from the key with her feet barely touching the log trying to get her balance back. She must have very strong arms as she put a lot of her weight on that key throughout the competition.

I think the change in schedule might make the show more enjoyable. This last week always becomes a wasteland for the feeds. That final competition is usually the last interesting thing to watch live as we get fish during completions and once there are 2 the weekend is a snore fest.

This will also allow Sunday's show to have more interesting things to show without resorting to flashbacks of things that happened earlier in the summer and pretending that is now.

As for the controversy heard round the web - Natalie should have been asked to jump off once she removed her hand from the key. Unless they were told the rope counts when we weren't watching I agree that "on the key" and "on the rope" are 2 different things. If they didn't catch it at the time they've certainly heard by now and had Natalie won I would have expected them to strip it from her. Wouldn't that have been a fun scene to have played out? Oh how I would have cherished seeing it. (I'm a mean b myself)
I haven't got a clue why no one ever reminded Kevin to face forward. To start he was just glancing there. Over time his body twisted more and more to the side. First it was his torso with feet and hips forward and then it was just the feet left and then finally all of him was angled to the side. And not a peep from production about facing the pool. Did they remove the rule? Did they go blind?

I'm unsure what I will do on Sunday. I have disliked Natalie since the first show. And she's a mean gloater. That nasty look on her face when Jordan fell = sickening. And if Kevin hasn't woken up before listening to her tell him he didn't have a shot at winning this and she was giving it to him and he better remember that and keep her and she was going to wait 5 mins before going off, no make that 15 minutes and he could jump off now if he wanted because she would last and she would win this game if she wanted to because it is all hers and no one can beat her and... blech! I don't really want to hear another word from her pie hole.
It was funny when they made it snow and after she asked "what was that white stuff?" Jordan answers, "Snow". "But it wasn't real snow. What do you think it was? Was it soap?" Seriously. Was it soap? She hasn't seen soap in so long she can't remember what it would look like? Natalie what happens to soap when you add water to it? Does it stay all flaky and perfect? Or does it melt and make bubbles?

I am given hope reading some of the comments that perhaps even if Nat makes final 2 with Kevin she might not win. She tends to make really nasty goodbye comments. Maybe they will all bite her in the ass and cost her 450,000. But she'd still have the 50,000 and that is a bummer.

v.

I am disgusted as well with the cheating last night. They have let both Nat and Kevin get away with everything. From cheating to stealing. I am sorry that is not part of the game play. I feel like they got away with everything. Nat's speech to Michelle was horrible. I have no respect for Nat. What gets me is Nat has played the most disrespectful and dirty game. I would not trust her with anything. If she wins this game it will be horrible. This game can and has been played without stealing and cheating . I think that MIchelle put up with so much, but played the hardest she could. I wonder if they will show the final HOH on Tuesdays show. That would be interesting. But that would give the jury no time to talk. But BB should make Jordon the winner last night. She followed the rules unlike the others.

Now I could be wrong on this but I believe that they said you just had to be touching your key. As for Kevin not facing forward, they wouldn't have just dqed him right away they would probably have warned him because that wasn't in the rules that they said during the live show so seems kind of trivial. Like I said I could be wrong on that.

Posted by: Jeremy at September 9, 2009 08:56 AM

I can't even say the words that describe the kind of person Natalie is. It is so disgusting. I can't wait until the people in the jury house see what a sorry case of a human being she is. She proved once again what kind of person she is when she did the nomination ceremony wearing that ridiculous getup. I am glad to see she is proud to be the queen of a..holes. She got where she is in the game because she lied and cheated. That is very sad. She should of been disquilifed long ago. I put a complaint in on the CBS website. It probably will not do any good.

Posted by: tls at September 9, 2009 08:56 AM

Kathleen wrote this, it describes McNasty to a T.

This is #1 trait of an anti-social person.
Narcissism, elevated self-appraisal or a sense of extreme entitlement #2
Persistent lying or stealing #3Apparent lack of remorse[5] or empathy; inability to care about hurting others #4Tendency to violate the boundaries and rights of others. This is why most of the viewers can't stand the sight of Nat. She went way beyond playing the game. If you ask me Chima had a lot of these traits also. Remember when she threw water on Russell. (violation of boundaries). I think BB lets them get away with too much. They need to crack down next year and give them some fines or penalty nominations. I am also very disappointed that they allowed Nasty and Kev to cheat last night.

Posted by: luluwom at September 9, 2009 09:16 AM

I'm yelling here:

GO TO CBS.com AND SEND THEM FEEDBACK ABOUT THE CHEATING. MAYBE WE CAN CRASH THEIR SYSTEM IF NOTHING ELSE.

Posted by: Libby at September 9, 2009 09:27 AM

What is wrong with Allison Grodner head, there were rules set out when this competition started. Allison and the production need to step up and fix this Kevin and Gnat should have been disqualified. All the fans on chats and live feeds were watching we all seen Kevin sideways and Gnat holding the rope not the key.

Does Allision and production think were just going to lay down and not say anything and just let them get way with helping these two idots cheat? I sent a detailed complaint to them. Do they have any idea how many fan the will loss if something is not done to correct the cheating.

They have messed with HG'S things all summer and gotten away with it but cheating well this is just BULL SH@T. Unless they fix this I done with the feeds.

Posted by: simplycountry at September 9, 2009 09:33 AM

What is up with Kevin and NataLIE getting away with cheating? I've seen people in the past be disqualified for not following the rules of a competition, but of course, not the two most irritating. As much as I love BB every summer, part of me hopes it doesn't come back because of the fiasco year they had this time. It would serve them right. I don't know if it would make any difference, but if enough people complain, then maybe they'll have a "do-over". Could you imagine the hell NataLIE and Kevin would cause. If Jordan was caught cheating and BB did NOTHING like they did with the other two, then they would be the first to complain. I can't say enough how DISAPPOINTED AND IRRITATED I AM WITH BB THIS YEAR. HORRIBLE ENDING AND A HORRIBLE CAST. They only had a few decent people worth watching. Jeff (of course), Russell, Casey was ok. Lord, please just do NOT let NataLIE win. She doesn't deserve it.

Posted by: Sue at September 9, 2009 09:33 AM

This isn't the first time the producers have rigged BB is it? I think I remember something similar happening with the Donatos in season 8, but I'm not sure...?

I'm really disappointed that they would just let that go, though. It makes the show less entertaining knowing that the production staff is playing with the outcome by ignoring things for this challenge (and also the POV comp!) Jerks.

Posted by: Alisa at September 9, 2009 09:34 AM

The Cheating by production started when Lydiot and nat were gonna quit after Chima left...Then came the BIG Lie, with the EXACT words Russell told Michele about getting rid of Jeff....There was NO WAY any of these jerks were listening to this conversation, but they gave it to them word for word...Lydiot was heard saying that BB must love us..they think we are fun BEFORE we got FISH!
BB Production has put the seed of doubt into Jeff and Jordan about Russ also, so this show Went into CHEATING mode when they realized Jeff and crew were gonna win by a landslide and the cheating has progressed for Nat and kevin from there! AG needs to go to SONY quickly and BB may not last another season anyway!
I am soooo disappointed in the BLATENT CHEATING by BB, Allison and Production...Last night was the final straw! Poor Jordan needs the money...not those 2 sorry A$$es!!!
I love your site HD!!

Posted by: Graycee at September 9, 2009 09:34 AM

If Nat gets to F2, I truly don't think she will win the $500K because the entire Jury House now knows she lied about her age and that she picked Pandoras box (I'm sure Michelle told them all) and what a liar she's been throughout the game. Most likely Kevin will win only because he's won more comps and is not as hateable as Nat. Yes, it does seem Nat and Kevin cheated last night, but I can guarantee that even if they didn't, Gordo, oops I mean Jordo, wasn't going to hold out and win. As usual, food is the first thing on her mind - even as soon as kev and Nat walked into the house from standing 4 hours on the log - she wanted to discuss food. (duh, like I'm 24 and like, um, never, um, heard of these noodle things, um like, duh). Fatty McButterpants makes me sicker than Nat. The night she was so proud of herself for demonstrating the insertion of a tampon to Nat, the talk of a woman and her "3 holes", and her friend who's sex partner "slipped it in butt and it really hurt". OMG, her stupidity - the things she says - makes me wonder if she grew up locked in a basement of a pizza place. She definitly doesn't even deserve $50k.

Posted by: ROXANNE at September 9, 2009 09:37 AM

Well, I voiced my opinion thanks to falconut's link. Thanks for that! Not sure if I will stay another season if the cheating continues... too bad to! I enjoy BB very much! Thanks so much for all you do HD!

Posted by: gwheez at September 9, 2009 09:42 AM

Sent in complaint about the cheating but don't expect AG to do anything about it. She has her own plan but it may bite her in the butt when BB has no viewers next year...if it is even back.

Posted by: SuZieQ at September 9, 2009 09:45 AM

I complained.
Both Kevin and Natalie cheated in the Log Roll comp. Kevin faced sideways and Natalie was holding her rope instead of her key. Rules were made clear and we feed watchers her production tell them they had to face forward. Natalie also faced to her right at times. Make this right, CBS. The fans are ANGRY. angry enough to cancel feeds and boycott the show. Playing a dirty game is one thing, but outright cheating should be punished.

Posted by: JoyInWI at September 9, 2009 09:49 AM

falconut - Thanks for providing the link to CBS. I have registered my complaint.

I would like to see Jordo win it all, but whoever does win needs to win fair and square. My child's school has zero tolerance for cheating. So should Big Brother!!!

Thanks for the updates HD. I love your site. Keep up the good work.

Posted by: aggieagent at September 9, 2009 09:52 AM

What pissed me off, besides letting the rule violations slide, was Gnat's spiel to Kevin after Jordan dropped off to go have a snack.

"You can't beat me at this. This is mine."
"I know, I know."
"But, as a gift to you, I'm gonna throw it, to show my loyalty. But, you better not screw me, cause Jordan could win the next round if it's just luck."
"That bitch can't win nothin'."

Once again, Gnat claims what she could have done, if only she had not thrown it on purpose.

Posted by: gray at September 9, 2009 10:21 AM

I hope something is done about Nasty and Kevo cheating. I don't understand why CBS would allow this. We all seen Nasty holding onto the rope and not the key. Kevo was turned sideways the entire time. Nasty also was turned sideways at different times. The best part of the HOH was when Kevin kept calling nasty a wench.

Posted by: tls46 at September 9, 2009 10:27 AM

Well I expect that I will not be very popular around here, but, come on people. I have been reading so much hatred for Natalie (and now Kevin) that my head is spinning. Kevin cheated at the POV (oh yes, right - he rigged the technical problems - he should be disqualified for doing that!!!). And I took Julie's reference to facing forward to mean that they could not turn and face the other way. I didn't see anyone doing that when the log started to spin the other way. To me, that would have been cheating. I dont know about holding the rope and not the key because my feed went out. So I cannot argue that point.

As for Natalie's comments...well I have heard many similiar ones over past seasons (and much worse) And many times in the final endurance the competitors psych each other out and pretty awful things have been said. That didn't happen this year. I thought they were all pretty mellow with each other. Nat made a comment about Mich. & Jeff, but it wasn't much. Nothing to get all excited about.

I am not a Natalie fan in any way. I do not want her to win. But I really do believe now that the hatred is going overboard.

Jeff was the golden boy and AG was fixing the comp. for him to win all along. Nat is the golden girl and AG has been fixing the comp for her to win all along. Huh? That's what I read daily.

Jeff played a poor game (with Jordan's help) and lost it for Russell & Michelle & himself. He gave the game to Natalie & Kevin. They ran with it. So would I. I have not enjoyed the way they have played, but I cannot find it in myself to feel the absolute hatred others do. I read vicious blogs about Evel Dick in his season. People threatening never to watch again. Well the chat rooms are full, so I wonder about that.

Posted by: janet at September 9, 2009 10:27 AM

And I thought the Nat was delusional ...

Posted by: Joe Genius at September 9, 2009 10:31 AM

That rope saved Natalie several times. It kept her from falling, I saw that with my own eyes. She even mentioned she almost fell.
I have to hand it to Jordan though. She did a great job!

Posted by: Cerenay at September 9, 2009 10:32 AM

MaBella, you make my case for me, and you also choose to personalize a rational discussion. You have no clue about who or what I am in "real life", same goes for Natalie and Kevin, yet you call me "demented" and a "Jerry Springer fan". Hah! What you don't do is objectively respond to the fact that Jeff made wrong choices and Michelle confused everyone with her game play, especially the two lovebirds, and Russel tried to be evil but was seen only as vile. I know that it is easier to hate on a successful game player, and even simpler to claim conspiracy, but the game is the game, and it is only marginally CBS "family time", and not so at all on Showtime or the feeds. As gor Ms. Grodner, I suggest you haters who are calling for her firing take a look at her job description. Think she's planning to fire herself? Or, more likely, is she sitting back laughing all the way to the bank, realizing how many of you are watching the feeds, watching CBS, watching Showtime, calling and fingerbanging your votes...next year's commercial rates will be through the roof. Hah!

Posted by: elytheeel at September 9, 2009 11:01 AM

Rules are rules. If Kevin didn't listen to BB he should have been disqualified. AND NATALIE oh my...
she was holding on to the rope not the key!!!!
She should have been disqualified too. What is with BB they want Jordan gone and one of these two idiots to get 500 thou. This ticks me off.

Posted by: Linda at September 9, 2009 11:10 AM

I like you HD am upset by last nights HOH. No I correct that, I am PISSED OFF!!!! I like others are glued to BB, I pay for the live feeds, & pay to watch Showtime Ather Dark. Im sure we all agree that we know there is some swaying of the HG in the DR, but to blatently alow the HG to cheat is going to far. I love the game but cheating was never allowed. This has really ticked me off. I don't want to watch anymore, it disgusts me. Come on... They edited Kevin beautifully last nite...no cheating in the POV... WTF????? Don't they understand that the truth will get more ratings? Chima was punished for breaking rules shouldn't Gnat & Kevie be punished as well?? Im disapointed in CBS for this farse of a BB season. Summer wasted with cheating!

Posted by: demilaf at September 9, 2009 11:20 AM

Sigh. Again.

A quote from Ms. Grodner:

"'Big Brother' is like watching a sporting event," exec producer Allison Grodner told TV MoJoe in our weekly post-eviction chat. "You go all season with your favourite team, and sometimes they make it. And sometimes they don't. It's very real."

Ok, that is true with sports. I would like referee's/umpires etc. within the game that DO their job then. Bring in the contested game play with a review of the footage. What about the unsportsman like conduct? What she is alluding to in her statement is people are just having a case of sour grapes.

I can take having my team beat if it is a fair and just game. I can admire strategies and great game play. But at what cost? Sadly that cost amounts to the loss of the fan base, i.e. without viewers you have no sponsorship/advertisers ergo no show.

This season both saddens and sickens me. The only reason I want to watch the finale is I hope those houseguests who never made it into the jury house and have seen the live feeds, well I hope they ream out Kevin and Natalie (I am counting on Casey to step up to the plate... pun intended on several levels).

I will NOT be voting for a winner (7th vote as a proxy jury member) only to show my disinterest and disapproval of the season. For that matter, I would love to see zero votes, but I know that won't happen.

I believe that Kevin, Natalie AND Jordan (yes her too) do not merit winning any money (even if that one vote means Natalie may win the $500,000 over Jordan or Kevin). I really don't believe that there will be a tie anyway.

Please note that there is no hatred or anger in this post. That would imply that I still care.

Just sadness.

Posted by: Joseph at September 9, 2009 11:27 AM

OMG! Where do I begin? AG and BB are giving us a mind #$*!

Regarding Kevin, he is like an abused dog always returning to the feet of his master, Natalie. His diva trips in the diary room are just a joke and the jury/America will ultimately have the last laugh. He is playing for second place. His goodbye message to Michelle was full of ambivelance. If he has any shot at the money, he needs to move in for the kill and not be afraid to pull the trigger.

As for Natalie, i almost peed my pants when she told Kevin she was taking him to F2 by saying, "I swear on my engagement." That had to ring in the ears of her fiance. Guess we will found out how serious she is about that, but her body language speaks VOLUMES already. I loved Julie's interview with her in the HOH room. Chenbot didn't want to waste her time or the viewers' listening to her nasty lies.

Saving the best for last, dear sweet Jordan. People might think she was asleep at the wheel throughout the game, but she deserves a freakin' medal to have lasted with the likes of Kevin and Natalie. Her genuine character has been a breath of fresh air, even though the other hg's didn't deserve her time, patience, and trust. That girl might not be the brightest bulb in the box, but her personality shines. She is the underdog with a fighting spirit, proved by her performance on the log last night. In her heart, she knows America is rooting for her. Regardless of how far she makes it in this game, she knows she is the only one who can honestly say she played the game with integrity.

We have to REALLY show CBS how upset we are. Go to the link I posted above (2nd comment) and complain about it to them. I have sent two of them so far. They may not change it, but they still have the time to do so.

I have enjoyed watching BB in the past, but this has been the worst season I've seen. I don't understand why they have allowed them to do so much in the house. I thought that Dick went overboard, but this time too may of them are doing things. I have my favorites and the ones I wish were gone, but it's more than that. It's come down to the game just isn't a game anymore. I'm so glad that Survivor is back on in a week. There is one show that is a game (and the producers have their contestants under control).

Thanks HD - this is the best place for info., keep it up.

NOW CLICK ON THE LINK ABOVE TO COMPLAIN TO CBS - MAYBE IT WILL HELP.

I just sent a detailed "rant" about last night and how people will start tuning out big brother because it seems fixed. They blantly cheated and nothing is being done..I have watched this show for years and think this is my last...

Posted by: Janet at September 9, 2009 11:37 AM

I sent in a complaint through the CBS website about the cheating earlier today. First for the POV cheating and the the blatant disregard for the rules in the HOH comp. I think CBS will come back with a comment like Gnat's hand was 'touching' the top of the key even though her entire hand was on the rope not the key, so that was OK. Considering they disqualified Janelle for less than this, it is REALLY disappointing.
With her hate speeches to Michele, Gnat continues to show her lack of class and fundamental disregard for anything truthful or respectful. If she makes it to F2 (hoping she DOES NOT!) I hope the JH folks lace into her about all her underhanded activities. But, just like ED, she will have her thoughts about it and will always think everything she did was truthful, loyal blah blah blah. I say BLEAH!

It will be interesting to see what happens Thursday with the rest of the HOH comp parts. Maybe they will keep the 3 until Tuesday and use the first hour for the final HOH and then for the JH to question the final 2? The second hour I think was supposed to be a sort of 'reunion' discussion about the whole season among all the HGs, but who knows until it happens!

In any case, it is sad that this year so many rules were allowed to be broken with no penalities (except the extremist Chima getting booted), no matter who broke them. The worst is allowing cheating during the comps which basically invalidates their outcomes in my view. Not sure about canceling the feeds yet, but probably will do it after Thursday's live show.
It was actually a good season, with ups (Jessie CD'd) and downs (Jeff believing Gnat/Kevin and then acting like an a-hole on top of that, leading to his downfall). Even though I dislike Gnat and disappointed in Kevin's lack of a pair to do what is best for him, this last week or so of blatant cheating went over the top even for me. It is one thing to manipulate aspects of the show, which we all think happens anyway, but clearly allow cheating is too much. Ugh!

does anyone know why michelles interview with ross matthews is not online yet?

Posted by: gramy at September 9, 2009 11:40 AM

I am going to send in a complaint. But I think the rules were you had to be touching the key at all times. In the pic posted it looks like Gnat's finger is touching the key. We could only wish that they would disqualify them. I think someone dropped the ball last night and didn't catch the obvious cheating. If Kevin doesn't take Jordon he is the dumbest game player ever. More dumber than Jeff's move if you ask me. He can't win against gnat in final two. It's so painful to keep watching this show, but I guess I have to go all the way. Hanging on to that last little hope, Jordon!!!

We watch BB on the regular schedule, not showtime. I have no young ones but we do family tv at 8pm or 9pm if the show is on late. My kids stopped watching after the Jeff fiasco. I have made comments about Jeff making a mistake that cost him the game. I read the blogs on Morty and HD. What you just said about fingerbanging is crude and disgusting. I didn't like your earlier comment either. Nothing personal, just commenting that you sound like a Jerry Springer Guest and Gnat, Kevin and AG belong there too. Have a great day.

I believe Kevin will win and pick the final 2 .. He will finally grow a pair and take Jordan , giving Gnat the boot .. That in itself will be hysterical , then the REALLY hysterical part comes win Kev loses 4-3 to Jordan .. Stranger things have happened !

In a recent AG interview, her answer to two questions were very interesting.

First, when asked “If Kevin or Natalie win the final HOH, who will they take with them?”. Her answer stated 1) “that Natalie says she’s 100% in Kevin’s court”, and 2) that Kevin has “been quite consistent in the diary room saying he want to cut her (her = Natalie) … at the last minute. He thinks his best chance of winning is sitting next to Jordan”.

Second, when asked “And the Marcellas award for dumbest move?”, after mentioning Jeff trusting Kevin and Natalie, she added “And the move by Kevin tonight to evict Michelle could be Kevin’s downfall. If Jordan wins, I think she’ll listen to Natalie”.

Regarding the first question, would she state what she did about Kevin if it weren’t true?

Second, and even more interesting, a lot has happened, how can she rate Kevin’s not keeping Michelle as, basically, the second dumbest move of the year. That decision to me was anything but an obvious call. For AG to label it like she did, does that mean she knows the Jury House if very Pro Natalie?

No, not this time. By that I mean, I did not ignore the blatant cheating with the log-rolling contest and utilized the link that HD was so kind to post. If not for anything else I let them know we are all aware of the "turning of the blind eye" in this contest and I have forwarded the link to all of my friends who are also disgusted with the lack of integrity this show exudes. Enough is enough!

I wish they had made pandora's box a realll game changer. Losing the chance at pov as hoh is totally lame 'cause you are safe no matter what... They should have said you lose your hoh power (as well as pov chance) and POV winner can put you up on the block if they decide to... then we would'a seen some game changing and whether gnat would be all gushy and engaged right now gloating that she can cheat her way to 500k. she is a poker player after all and has lots of practice. hearing all this news of the endurance comp ugh.. am totally sickened! watching like a train wreck but my devotion to the BB game is over! trying to vote for michele AC one more time.

Posted by: val at September 9, 2009 12:21 PM

Question for everyone.
I get that Natalie violated a rule. I think that she should be disqualified because of it and that this should have happened as soon as she moved her hand off that key.
However, did she cheat? Did she intentionally remove her hand from the key to gain some sort of unfair advantage? Did she unintentionaly remove her hand and then cover it up so no one would notice and she could remain in the game?
Or, did she do what many competitors on other shows have done - move her hand not knowing she was in violation.
I'm unclear why we are calling her a cheater for this. I didn't get the impresion that she felt she was getting away with something the others weren't allowed to do. I expect that she interpeted "hold on to the key" as hanging on to that thing over her head at all times and felt she was doing that.

It's possible I guess that holding the rope rather than the key might be an unfair advantage. Maybe it's easier to hold onto? But I doubt she intentionally decided to hold it instead of the key to make the game easier for her. Not that she doesn't like to cheat at games....

To the people that posted about Jeff making the wrong move. I am sure many of us agree that Jeff made a bad move getting Russell out when he did. Does this excuse Natalie for attacking people personally the way she has the entire game. I have watched every season and she makes Evil Dick look like a pussy cat. Evil Dick attacked people in the house and he did it to there face and many of them deserved it. Natalie does it to people that don't deserve it. Plus she does it behind their back except for Michelle. Natalies actions are her own. Jeff has nothing to do with it.

I know this is off topic...but just sharing.

Just listened to Michele's interview with Julie....once she loosened up she did an good job!

Also just finished reading a funny recap of last nights show by Steven from BB10. Here's the link

It sucks to see Michele go home but we all basically knew that was going to happen. I hate to say it but I think I'm rooting for Jordan at this point. Who would have imagined that out of me?

HD when I read that comment from you I seriously laughed out loud and my diet coke came out of my nose. Who would have thought you'd be cheering for Jordan. And give her kudos, she hung in there and should be the real winner. I have not watched the show in two weeks, too disgusted with it, I only read your blog, and sometimes check out BBAD. This season has gone from boring, to exciting, to nauseating. If Jordan is booted this week, thats it I will not even bother with the finale.
Love your blog though.

Wow! There is a lot of anger out there! I don't think it matters if you complain to CBS/BB. You need to complain to the sponsers.Threaten to Boycott them not the feeds,SHO, or BB.OKAY,BB maybe. I for one will be watching the Final shows. I came this far, I intend to go the distance.

I too am not so pleased with the way things went down last night. The time to correct it was right away not today or tomorrow. Since those people monitoring didn't see it as disqualifying it must not have been.I don't think that AG or others are trying to fix it for Gnat or Kevin to win. I just think they are unimaginative and predictable. Most of the HG and avid viewers know ahead of time what Comps are coming. TPTB make it easy to fix or cheat. While lying and manipulation are part of the game they are not the only way to play the game. TPTB should have that play into the game also. Switch things around, make it possible that lies and manipulation maybe exposed. Don't make the show so predicable! Survivor is on what? 18 or 19th season? They make it fresh all the time. They switch things up, change teams, and are usually one step ahead of the schemers. Jeff asks the right questions at Tribal Council. That's what I love about that show.BB Producers are lazy and lack imagination. They need fresh blood and new ideas. That's what I am annoyed with. I still love the concept of the show, but instead of Expect the Unexpected, we all now know what to expect and when to expect it.

As to it being on the family hour , I agree. A lot of families watch together. I do with my youngest son as we do Survivor and Amazing Race. But we discuss the players and their tactics togeher. He doesn't like the liars or backstabbers either. He is very vocal about it.What I don't want him and other young viewers to see is that type of behavior rewarded. That is what I see more and more every year. If BB choses to be on during family hour they should take that into consideration.Have Julie ask leading questions in front of the other HG. Have competions that expose loyalties and alliances and lies and manipulation. You don't have to be a douche bag to win but the way it is now helps those that are.

At the end of the live show you can see Natalie wrapping some type of rubber band object around her hand and key. Also they have been warned in the past about speaking Spanish to each other but they did not suffer any panalty when they did that again last night during the final minutes of tht HOH competion.

Just watched the Ross/Michele interview and have to say that it was good and fun. Michele was a great interview and she enjoyed herself. Loved the part where Ross associates Michele with Jan Brady. So true! She was so Jan Brady! Michele had a great times with Ross's questions and she actually comes off pretty adorable. As weird as most people think she was, I think she was the heart and the real star of this season of Big Brother (yes, even outshining our 6 week love crush for Jeff and Jordan). If only Ronnie hadn't made that speech and Jeff hadn't backdoored Russell, this girl would have won.

HD on the live feeds @ 2:27 pm on camera 1 Natalie & Kevin discuss how they cheated by watching the blocks on the end of the log to tell when the rotation of the log was going to shange & Natalie pretty much admitted she held on so tight she has blisters & rope burns. I hope BB heard them talk about how they cheated.

Posted by: Patti at September 9, 2009 02:34 PM

I agree, Kevin was cheating by standing sideways, a much easier stance for the task, and Natalie did hold the rope rather than the key...the question is what can be done about it? Do the fans really have a "say-so" in keeping contestants following the rules? If we fans watch and observe a violation what can be done? If we even email CBS in protest will they even bother to read it, let alone answer it? The only thing one can do is stop watching so ratings go down. BUT I CAN'T DO THAT! I do like to watch, yet feel helpless here.

Posted by: Deborah at September 9, 2009 02:37 PM

On a different note, here's why Natalie will remember her BB experience:

1) She fell in love with Jesse...
2) But accepted a proposal from Jason...
3) While having a man as her bitch...
4) He lied, cheated, & stole for/with her without any interference from production all while keeping her hands clean
5) Everytime she wears her yellow, college hoodie, she'll remember Jess/Lyd having oral sex and how her sweatshirt served them well
6) She'll think of Jordon (till she's at the menopausal age of 50 something) every time she inserts a tampon b/c the dumb one taught her how at the ripe age of 24.
7) She went out in the final 3 (okay, one can hope)

Looks like BB has been renewed for next summer. http://www.cbspressexpress.com/div.php/cbs_entertainment/release?id=22695

I sure hope they come up with a better creative team to put on a worth while show.

CBS is going for BB12! http://www.cbspressexpress.com/div.php/cbs_entertainment/release?id=22695
Maybe they'll get some REAL hamsters (like me maybe?? yeah right!) and not recycled drivel.

Posted by: Philly Bob at September 9, 2009 03:05 PM

First off I don't feel any of the f3 should win the 500,000. And I for sure don't like that CBS has to help in the end, the rules are the rules.
I am sure there was another show that one of the house guest did let go (and did not mean to do it), and was called out and did not win the show because of it. Well here it is again rules are the rules. Play fair or go home CBS. Will boycot BB next year.

Posted by: lee at September 9, 2009 03:11 PM

I haven't read all the postings but did anyone notice that Jordan's rope seem to be raising higher at one point to where she had to really stretch to reach the key?

Posted by: Jennie at September 9, 2009 03:25 PM

To clear some things up... Natalie's game play could be considered brilliant, really. BUT... she has become a vicious person by taking things to a personal level. Stealing, conspiring to do bodily harm, Lying about not lying, cheating in pool and chess against her BFF and others. These are NOT things you do when playing a game. I kinda liken Gnat's version of "honest game play" to that of Tanya Harding and the crowbar incident. In any sport or game I have played, I really try to do it with skill. I don't ever want a garbage win. It proves nothing to me or speaks anything of my accomplishments. Wanna run your mouth? Prove it to me on the table or on the field. Not by taking my ball away and swearing to God you don't know where it is, then trash me as a bad person saying I hid it because I was afraid of you. This type of person makes my want to scratch my eyes out with a fork. If it's any consolation, we DO get a BB12 next year and I pray to the BB Godz that we get a better selection of real hamsters in there and not a crew of rodents (save a few) like this season.

Posted by: Philly Bob at September 9, 2009 03:41 PM

I agree with you KimG, BB has become too predictable. They should switch things up next season. I suggested that maybe they should find some BB virgins. Those who have not seen the show because as it stands now everyone is thinking too far ahead are too paranoid and separate into cliques too soon.
I would love to see a BB again this winter with new games, questions, and some secret passages that people can find to get away and talk to each other or to get something to help them in the game. Almost like Pandora's Box.

Posted by: Cerenay at September 9, 2009 03:58 PM

I am thinking that overall this season has been the "lets only choose certain rules to play this game by". Between passifying childlike temper tantrums with beauty products (which shows what cheap sell outs they are) to over looking racicst comments to physical assaults. Everyone should have been penalized at some point.

Chima calling Russel a terrorist would be the same as him calling her the "N" word.

Jorden running up and chest butting Russel in the heat of anger, well lets just say had it been Russel charging towards Jorden and chest butting her there would have been security involved and I"m sure an eviction of some sort. However that was overlooked.

Jeff and a mouthful of gatoraid, well that did get a penalty so something happened eh??

Does it surprise me that they allow cheating? I'm just surprised they allowed the feeds to show us the cheating without breaking to FotH, or trivia.

I am disappointed, but I am also disturbed that they keep the rule books to tightly wrapped. I'm sure we the viewing public who sit glued to the live feeds would certainly be able to catch a lot more than a few things that are violations of the rules. I wonder why that is............

And yes, we all say 'this is the last year for me' until next season comes up and we are too curious to not watch it so don't pull that line. It is about as redundant as the ole "I swear on the life of........" Like if they lie they are going to take that life?? Get real!! It is what it is. And there are a lot of people who got away with totally rule breaking behaviour this year!!

But they really should look at the competition again because the rope holding and facing the wrong direction was brought up. I recall them saying twice they had to be facing the pool.

HD, keep the faith, I hope to see you next year, it is how I keep up with the things I missed on the live feeds!!!! Everyone else, keep the comments coming I love hearing everyones views BB fans are the greatest, doesn't matter 'who' is on the show!!!!

Random thought here regarding Jeff booting Russell and how it helped Gnat and Kevin make final 3. I agree in theory it was a stupid stupid move and cost him and his 'alliance' the game, however, we do not know for certain, even though Russell told Julie he would have been true to his word, that he would have stuck with it. HOH changes people, even Russell could not know for sure how he would react if he had won. He could very easily have decided, Jeff can win this thing, I need to get rid of him. Russell himself said good move by Jeff. Again, I am ticked off beyond words that Jeff did it, but you just never know what might have happened. Jeff took a gamble, and lost. He still got my Fan Favorite vote though!

Posted by: Joeysue at September 9, 2009 04:23 PM

I for one am glad there will be a next year BB12. The best part of the show for me is enjoying HD's analysis and all of you guys comments.I will be back God willing.

Looking forward to seeing you there Philly Bob! Good Luck if you try out again.

Posted by: KimG at September 9, 2009 04:23 PM

Please let the next competition involve water and bugs - two things that will defeat Natalie! Jordan can win, Jordan can win. I just have to keep telling myself that....

Posted by: Cathy S at September 9, 2009 04:27 PM

I'm just now finishing up BBAD and towards the end, Jordo and Gnat are talking before going to sleep. Jordan asks what the jury experience will be like and will Julie interview them. Gnat says "well - you guys will probably be doing" blah blah blah... as if she's won. Hate that.

I thought it was sad that Michelle talked about being bullied as a child and was still being bullied by all the dumb-asses in the BB house. They have her convinced that she played a "dirty" game and she said it a couple of times to Julie. And of course li'l ol' Ratalie had to mention how "dirty" Michelle had been. Could anyone be dirtier than Ratalie and mean it more? I hope that when Michelle gets a chance to watch the show and think it over, she will see that she was not dirty, just kind of off the mark with her responses to people. It's too bad that she got the ax because I think she could have given someone the F1.

Too bad that Kevin didn't have the guts to get rid of Natalie earlier on. I don't see him winning against Ms. Ratpack.

Bad, bad casting for the season. I hope AG and crew make better choices in the future. Maybe they should give contestants IQ and personality assessment tests in addition to seeing how good they look in bathing suits.

My letter to CBS:

To Allison Grodner,

I have been a long time Big Brother fan, I've never missed a season and I've subscribed to the live feeds each year. I have to say, this season of BB11 had been one of my favorites, if not my favorite.

My feelings and opinion of the show have changed dramatically. I realize this is a game and players are allowed to lie, manipulate and do whatever they have to do in order to win the prize money. What I DON'T believe is right, is allowing players to CHEAT or STEAL to get the advantage.

Natalie STOLE Michelle's gloves so she would be at a disadvantage to compete in an endurance competition. How is this right? What would have happened had Michelle not been voted off last night and had to compete? Would Natalie have been punished? Would Big Brother have supplied her with another pair of gloves? This is just dirty and unacceptable, as is being allowed to tamper with, ruin, steal, etc. other houseguest's personal belongings.

What bothers me MORE is that Natalie and Kevin have gotten to where they are by doing nothing but lying. That's fine, it's part of the game and I accept that. If I was ever fortunate enough to be a Big Brother Houseguest, I would likely do quite a bit of lying myself, it's the best and easiest way to get yourself ahead in the game (make deals, break deals, deny, deny, deny). I get it. However, CHEATING without reprecussion is a huge turn-off to the viewing audience.

I realize you are a busy woman, and likely don't have time to read through all of the Big Brother blogs and websites on the internet. Do you realize how absolutely outraged some of your most loyal fans are about the cheating that occurred during Part 1 of the final HOH compettion are? From my understanding, production told the houseguests on the log they were to face towards the pool at all times, yet Kevin was permitted to face another direction for at least 70% of the competition. It was also my understanding that the number one rule of the competition was to keep your hands on your keys at all times, yet Natalie at one point was holding on to nothing but the rope of her key, she had NO PART OF HER HANDS on her KEY! Both of the incidents occured long before Jordan dropped from the competition. Why are you allowing this? Why are you allowing these two players to get away with cheating meanwhile Jordan who would never even THINK of cheating, plays the game FAIR, gives her heart to everything she does gets the short end of the stick?

Both Natalie and Kevin should have been disqualified for their actions. If you would like video recap proof of these incidents, I would gladly provide them to you. If this goes unmentioned, unpunished and UNFIXED, I will cancel my feeds immediately and never watch another season of Big Brother again as I will know that it's deceptively being marketed as a "reality show" yet in "reality" it's fixed and the winner is determined long before we even get close to a finale.

Your viewing audience demands you re-assess what happened last night and FIX it. Knowing I have been deceived all of these seasons makes me ill and disgusted.

As Dr. Laura would say...."now go do the right thing".

This season has been the worst ever. As for gnat and kevin cheating, CBS could care less, after all this season for some bizarre reason is posting big numbers of people watching the show. As far as CBS is concerned those are the only numbers that matter. All the fans who watch the feeds are disappointed in the show, but it won't matter. The sad part is CBS thinks this is such a great season we will see more of the same crap next summer. Bleh, bleh, bleh, Bring back DR. Will.

Kim G is right! There is a lot of anger out there! I don't think it matters if you complain to CBS/BB. You need to complain to the SPONSORS. Threaten to BOYCOTT them not the feeds,SHO, or BB. We need a list of the sponsors and perhaps their e-mail addresses.

Posted by: luluwom at September 9, 2009 06:07 PM

Voted many times for Michelle for 25G!

Kev & Jordan making F2 deal earlier. I really hope they do it!

Thanks HD for a fun season of great blogging!

Posted by: paminmn at September 9, 2009 07:06 PM

Because of all of the cheating and fixing by production and AG I think gutless AG should be fired.
Is there a law against fixing gameshows?
Alison G has taken a good summer show and ruined it.

Go Jordan.

Posted by: sport2 at September 9, 2009 07:19 PM

Certainly wish all this bitching would do some good, but it won't. This is not the first time for manipulation, cheating etc.! Perhaps they have a way to 'cheat' Jordon into F2? Think they want Gnat gone as much as everyone else.
Best part of the day is seeing BB12 in 2010! Looking forward to a new house already!.
Also looking forward to seeing past HG's. Wish we'd see James Rhine, but I'll have to settle huh?
Haven't watched the feeds. Anything new? Unless Gnat is gone, don't even answer!
See ya tomorrow!

Posted by: diff at September 9, 2009 07:47 PM

Can someone explain why the hostility towards kevin, he has played a great game, he is probably the most likely to go to F2, what do most of you dislike about him?

Posted by: Peter at September 9, 2009 08:11 PM

Heidi...what a good letter you wrote. I really appreciate that!!!

Posted by: xtex88 at September 9, 2009 08:21 PM

This is the worst season ever with that no-good for nothing evil, hateful, coniving, spiteful ,liar and thief Nastie. I cannot believe CBS and the producers allow such garbage from her. She could have blinded Michelle's eyesight for the rest of her life, without any remorse, and they allow her to steal others belongings and they see everything going on. I hope they get a lawsuit from Michelle, and one for the wicked witch.I cannot stand the sight of her. I hope she gets evicted and Jordan gets the money.

Posted by: Carol at September 9, 2009 08:41 PM

Well, whether it does any good or not, I also lodged a complaint to CBS. Was I long winded, 'fraid so, just can't help myself, but I went into why certain HG's were allowed to be destructive while others couldn't even take a sip of gatorade without penalty. Why some HGs were allowed to take production hostage with the threat of quitting, when they have signed contracts.

Why the last two comps were not handled in a fair above board manner. POV = calendar, knowing questions before hand, technical difficulties for two, but the results stand. Last HOH first round - watching to the side for gears and shielding face, when told to face forward, and Julie clearly stating they had to HOLD on to the key at all times (rewatched the initial instructions), not have a hand touching the key, yet there is a very clear picture floating about that shows Gnat holding the rope, not the key. There is a difference between holding and touching a key. And in past seasons, yes, HGs were disqualified if they let go of the object they were supposed to hold.

If I were a current evicted houseguest that lost one or both of the last competitions, I would seriously think about sueing. There is money involved, and when there is money involved, there are laws protecting the integrity of the competition. There was a big blow up in the 50's or 60's where a game show was compromised by allowing a contestant unfair advantage. ...I'm just sayin...

Will this stop me from watching the final few shows, heck no, I am still a BB addict, a disappointed one, but still there to the bitter end, and this year, I suspect bitter wins. At least there is next year, and I hope they get a better group of players... although I think I said that the last few seasons too! ;)

Posted by: Sleepyeye at September 9, 2009 08:56 PM

I can't believe they didn't let Jeff see his good-byes. He would have known that it was Natalie all the time wanting him out and Kevin was just her puppet. BB really wants Natalie to win!

Posted by: Meg at September 9, 2009 09:25 PM

HD I loved the interviews with Michelle. She went out with style. I am sad she is gone. I hope she wins AC, she really deserves it.

Posted by: Crystal at September 9, 2009 09:33 PM

unfortunately our complaining about CBS allowing cheating has only increased ratings. If we are really upset with certain houseguests not having equal opportunity to win, we should make it known to the sponsors. Boycot their products if they allow such behavior.

Posted by: Sharon McGee at September 9, 2009 09:49 PM

this season final 3 is a JOKE... gnat is lower than a snakes belly and kevin has no guts... he should have turned on gnat long ago... gnataLIE
is without question the most delusional player in BB history... the casting was AWFUL... they both cheated last night and yet no problem...that pathetic group falling all over jessie made me hurl.... nothing but obnoxious DIVA'S and that pathetic CHIMApet... jeff had this all locked up
but sent lydia packing instead of THE GNAT... and then stupidly siding with kevin and the GNAT.... jordan is nice but TOTALLY CLUELESS.... lets hope for a better cast next year

Posted by: bob at September 9, 2009 09:49 PM

HD, just want to thank you for all you do here. Sometimes the voice of reason is needed... even when we don't agree with you it's still fun.

There's a great group of friends here that I look forward to seeing each summer..you all keep me coming back, even when I don't agree with you.

Just wanted to speak my piece before the final shows...just in case I blow up the tv and drop kick my laptop..

Posted by: SuZieQ at September 9, 2009 11:07 PM

I complained to CBS about the cheating. I hope everyone else does the same!! What fun is watching a show if they are not all going to have fair playing ground!! If they werent cheating then Julie should explain why on tonights show.

Here is the link to CBS: http://www.cbs.com/info/user_services/fb_global_form.php

MEG, that is the best theory I've heard yet on why they didn't show Jeff his goodbye messages. WOW...they really must want Gnat in final.
