A Dream Crusher

Honestly? Dream Crusher? You really call yourself that Zach? You have to be kidding me.

But yeah, after the recaps, Zach actually calls himself the Dream Crusher in the Diary Room. That was one of several times I laughed out loud tonight. Jameka actually cursed and said that Zach's noms were full of something that seemed to rhyme with fit. Now I just couldn't imagine what that could be! Perhaps she meant wit?

After the nominations, Jessica and Jameka were talking about who has to win the POV. It has to be Eric! Meanwhile, Zach and Daniele are dissing Eric and Jessica up in the HOH room. Camera goes to Eric in the DR saying that it's a dream for him to be there but it's turning into his worse nightmare. Just wait Eric. Just wait.

While they were having fun later at the dining room table, Jessica tells a story of when she was younger and was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up. She said that she'd either like to be the first female president of the United States of America or a waitress. Daniele in DR says she's been a waitress since she was 17 years old. Back at the table, Dick says something about a stripper or a waitress. Daniele took it the wrong way (like she always does) and thinks that Dick is making fun of her. Dick and Daniele argue. Not going there.

Time for the POV morphomatic with the Janie doll competition. We all know what happened. Yes, Big Brother did show Eric comparing Janelle to Miss Piggy. Yes, Big Brother did show Janelle definitely being more excited for Dick and Daniele during the competition. Yes, Big Brother did show Eric apologizing to Janelle. Yes, Big Brother did show Janelle brushing Eric off. Funny how Janelle never mentioned that Eric apologized to her. Hmmm. Big Brother, please don't ask Janelle back for any more competitions. I don't care how many pink M&Ms and pink carnations she sends your office. Just say no.

Daniele won her 4th POV with 7 morphs right, Zach had 6, Dick and Jessica had 4 correct, Eric had 3, and Jameka had 2 that were right.

Jessica gave Eric the cold shoulder after the POV competition. Dick daydreamed about Janelle (sickening). Then, Jessica told Eric that he should be on the block instead of her. Way to stick up for that ro- I mean show- I mean fauxmance. What a nice young lady.

Ahhh, here we go. Eric gets his AP task from Sunday evening. He has to mimic a fellow houseguest at least three times before the POV ceremony. And America chose.....Dick! Eric's excited about it and immediately sets to work. See the clips in my 'Dick Was Picked' post below for the three happenings. Task completed.

Pre-POV ceremony segment with Dick and Daniele trying to figure out how they want the final four to be. They want themselves, Zach, and Jameka in the final four. I loved how Dick in his DR says that he's not the type in real life to screw people over. I kinda wonder if he spits and hacks like that in real life. I think so. He should give up on Janelle already then. Somehow, I don't think Janelle's the type to enjoy a man spitting and coughing up all the time. I may not like her but I think she can do better than you Dick. But wait, she is a fan of yours. So maybe she does like your spitting? Hmmmm.

Now it's time for the POV ceremony and of course. Daniele doesn't use it. If only she knew that Eric was America's Player she would have put Eric up in somebody's place in a New York minute. I guess it's a good thing she doesn't know then right?

The show ends with Jameka crying in the DR saying she's not ready to go. Jessica says that her fate is in Dick and Daniele's hands. Daniele says that she's looking out for herself and her dad.

Of course, the new America's Player task is who we want Eric to vote out. Jessica or Jameka. You can vote here for free. Votes are accepted until midnight Pacific time tonight and a maximum of 10 votes will be accepted online.

What did you think about tonight's show? What did you think about the editing during the POV competition with the sweet little butterfly Janelle? How much did you like Eric's mimicry of Dick? Do Eric and Jessica make you want to puke as much as I want to? Do you think Zach is a dream crusher? I almost forgot! Who are you voting for Eric to evict?

Posted by HamsterDame at September 4, 2007 07:32 PM

Comments

Eric is not all that smart. He should figure out that D&D are voting out Jess, by the fact that they told Jameka shes going home and said nothing to Zach. (If they are truly an alliance, they can tell Zach RIGHT NOW hes OUT.

Posted by: kevin at September 4, 2007 07:34 PM

Haha, the funniest thing ever just happened. I called my mom to make sure she was voting to evict Jameka, and it turns out she absentmindedly voted for Jess. So anyone with an extra computer, vote some extras for Jameka! Mom is feeling guilty right now...

Posted by: SarahK at September 4, 2007 07:34 PM

I voted to evict Jess.

Why are we not given an option to vote for the second nomination/eviction?

Does this mean Eric will be free to vote as he pleases during the second nomination/eviction if he is in a position to do so?

From HD - Yup! Eric will be free to vote how he wants on the 2nd part of tomorrow night's show.

Posted by: d00by at September 4, 2007 07:37 PM

I felt sorry for Eric tonight after Jessica's post-POV pout. He cares, I think. She's playing him, poor boy. OTOH, Eric is still a weasel.

I want Jameka gone this week. I hate those who float through the game and get too close to the money without doing anything.

Posted by: cre8tivewmn at September 4, 2007 07:40 PM

1st off: 'I don't care how many pink M&Ms and pink carnations she sends your office. Just say no.' - That's classic HD! LMAO!

I think that the editing tonight showed Jameka in a really positive way, and they played up Jessica being a beeotch to Eric, as well as Z and Dani talking about the nasty faces she was making at nomination ceremony. I wonder if they want to leave a sour image of Jess in America's mind so we vote for Eric to evict Jessica?

The veto competition was gag worthy, and I have to say Eric's observation was spot on! Go ahead, call me a hater, I don't care! I thought Janelle was sickening during the comp, and I had a struggle not reaching for the remote to change the channel!

On that note, I am going to go give my 10 votes to Jameka because I had a vision.

From HD - I had the same vision and I voted the same way. Hmmmm.

Posted by: Stephie at September 4, 2007 07:41 PM

Well let me take back everything bad I've said about "CBS" not that I have really ever said anything about them *LOL*.

Tonight they showed what you actually saw HD, Jessica's evel twin showed up and was just down right rude to Eric.

I voted 10 times for Jessica to go this week.

HD- After watching Eric's meltdown in the DR because he couldnt protect his girl, how bad do you think he will be if America has him vote out his girl. Ohh Lordy someone better set up his psych appointments later today *LOL*

P.S. If anyone is interested bb8dish has an interview w/Jessica's mom; it's really funny she is upset w/the Double D's for betraying her daughter's trust but she made no mention it was her daughter who wanted to betray them but Eric prevented it. It's nice to know her Mother has her "Mom Rose Colored Glasses" on for her daughter.

Posted by: CoachCher at September 4, 2007 07:43 PM

Now, picture this scenario. D/D change their mind and decide to save Jess. Eric is forced to vote Jess out. Jameka goes but Jess realizes that Eric actually voted to evict her!

How will Jess react to that?? Some crazy sh^t this! :D

Posted by: d00by at September 4, 2007 07:45 PM

I liked the show. I thought Janelle was herself on the POV. She was flirty and friendly with those who were friendly to her. Eric was too humiliated by what he said and she heard and made no effort to talk or interact with her. Jessica was way too stressed out about winning and didn't show much excitement (after initial reveal of Janelle) or seem to talk to her much, neither did Jameka. Dick and Danielle by far seemed to flirt, talk or gush praise to her which she responded to (and I didn't think she was being honest or what she really felt, just what was a nice response). I know she doesn't care for Eric and was probably offended by his comment. She was plenty nice to him considering what he said and was just being funny with the apology. I think people take the whole thing way to seriously. Last year they had some former houseguests comeback for the food judging that did not get along with the houseguests in the house and judged the food based on whether they liked who made it. This isn't anything new and from what I saw and heard (from the feeds), it doesn't seem like she did anything to mess up the game. Simply because I am sick of Eric and think Jess was a total brat to Eric and the house since she's been on the block, I'm voting for Jessica to evicted (not to mention she's a great competitor out of the way). She and Eric (and Jameka) have hurt themselves gamewise by locking themselves away and sleeping all day instead of interacting with the others. It's time they see they aren't invincible. Thanks for the post and place to vent!

Hi HD :) Loved the show...lots of lol...Dream Crusher? lmao...how petty that he takes pleasure in sinking the girl who reminds him of all the girls who wouldn't date him in high school...I wish I could see his face when he gets to watch all the nice things Dani said about him in the first half of the show...anyway...lol...sorry but I still love Eric and Jess...yes they are being gross...but its cute...and I laughed a bunch at the Eric & Dick stuff...even though I had seen it...lol. I really hope Eric does not have to vote out Jess...that will be heartbreaking!

Posted by: Jessfan at September 4, 2007 07:49 PM

1. Thank you silly hamster I read your page every morning, and look forward to it.

2. I placed all 10 of my votes on Jess, just to see poor Eric's face when he has to vote jess out Thursday night. Yes they make me sick also.

3. I can't wait till Thursday night now, with the double evection. I get so worked up on BB nights that the kids are feed early baths are early and off to bed asap.

Posted by: Frances at September 4, 2007 07:50 PM

I voted to Eric to evict Jameka, it won't matter in final outcome of game. Whoever d & d vote out will go. I think Jessica doesn't need to be hurt by America's vote. However she ends up in the BB game doesn't matter, she is a decent human being with a brother fighting in his country's name, and Jessica does everything to support him and our troops, so for that alone, I say don't crush the girl.
I personally want Dani to win 2nd place. Anyone else at this point can win 1st, but I want Dani to get 2nd.
Who has played best game? Eric in spite of AP, he has talked his way out of many things. Dick, I hated the way he verbally abused people, especially Jen, Dustin, and Amber. There is something to be said for staying under the radar for Zach and Jameka. I think Jess is going home, so no use going there.
Why do I keep watching this year after year when I am never happy with the results? LOL Cause I love to watch!

Posted by: bbfanindallas at September 4, 2007 07:50 PM

jessica may slap eric when she goes home 3-0. not gonna be pretty...

Posted by: lagger at September 4, 2007 07:53 PM

I definitely voted for Eric to get Jess out. It will take a vote like this to finally make Jess realize that Eric is a phoney! Jess also need to go because of the grave error she made when she was HOH and did not put D and D on the block. The bleach has affected her brain and it is time for her to go. Hopefully, with the double eviction, D or D will also be sent home. If Daniele is the one sent home, Dick will fall apart since she has been winning for him and has kept him in the game. I also think Dick will go on a total rampage, even worse than the last time, if his nasty daughter is ousted. Zach is too dumb to win anything else and Eric will be so overcome with grief over Jessica's leaving, he will not compete too well. I honestly would like to see Jameka in the finals and hopefully win.

Posted by: Ronjj at September 4, 2007 07:59 PM

Bye bye Jessica.........oh please let it be true! She has really started to show her true self, and is not coming over very nice. I never for one minute thought she was interested in Eric except for a means to further her game. Not once has she ever put a hand or arm up to embrace him when he has kissed her or touched her. Personally I thought Janelle was fine......there again can't really see her being ready to take Dick on. He is getting so he is funny in many spots, but still mighty gross to think about romantically. Hope Jessica leaves on Thursday night with Jameka right behind her going out the door. Please, please, please!

Posted by: Sandie at September 4, 2007 07:59 PM

Why does everyone seem to be so against Eric. I think he has played this game very well considering all the stress of being Americas Player. I know he signed up for this, but I do not believe that he thought it would be this hard. Especially since he developed these feelings for Jessica. I think they make an adorable couple and hope that this becomes the first true romantic relationship outside the BB house. GO ERIC AND JESSICA!!!!!

Posted by: Lesa at September 4, 2007 08:01 PM

I voted for Eric to evict Jemeka. I can not break his heart. Besides I can not stand Dani, she makes my skin crawl. She and Jani can be best friends for all I care. I watch the feeds and you see more of Eric and Jessica than anyone else. They have a good time together and make me laugh. Dani is the one that hid in the bedroom all day with Nick. Zach is socially inept, but would rather see hime win over Dani. Loved Ap task, it was hillarious. Eric has really tried his hardest to complete these tasks. Rather we agree with the tasks CBS has choosen, I believe Eric has put his best effort into them. Go Eric!

Posted by: MissTitan at September 4, 2007 08:01 PM

30 Votes for Jess as I want Jess to realize that her playing Eric is not just a one way street - it would be great for her to think that she got played by him! She totally deserves it! Plus it would be good for Eric to have to go against his feelings which is the straw that will bring him down. (Showmamces are stupid and shallow and anyone who believes they can be for real, need to get hit on the head).

Posted by: David at September 4, 2007 08:03 PM

Bye Jess. Eric needs to get back in the game and he's been blinded by delight over Jessica. As we've seen, she could care less for him. This fauxmance needs to be a gomance.

Wouldn't it be fun if Eric wins HOH this week?

Posted by: AmosMoses at September 4, 2007 08:11 PM

10 Votes for Jessica. Why? She screwed up last week in her game play, she should have broke the back of the D/D alliance. She let Eric sway her thoughts so the perfect pay back for that is for Eric to be the final nail in her coffin. I wanna see what happens when the vote is 3-0, LOL.

Posted by: Dr Johnny Fever at September 4, 2007 08:26 PM

I voted for Jameka - not for Jess's sake, but for Eric's. I really think the boy would walk off the show if America told him to vote out his "love". He has done what America has told him, putting himself in jeopardy several times by doing so. His decision to not use the veto was what he thought America wanted (and I'm not sure BB would have let him use it anyway as AP because America couldn't vote on it). If Jess thought D/D were such a threat and she didn't trust them, she should have put them on the block last week when she was HOH - instead of letting Eric think for her. If she is voted out this week, she only has herself to blame - NOT ERIC - cause she was too scared to bloody her hands and do the dirty work when it was needed!

Posted by: elsisi at September 4, 2007 08:27 PM

I am voting for Eric to evict Jameka. OK, HD -- do you think (in your wildest imagination) that Eric will be an automatic eviction on Thursday? That he will actually be the second person evicted? That perhaps since he is basically a paid employee of CBS, that part of his deal is that he cannot make it to the final 4? I mean, do you think CBS/Big Brother, would actually allow for Eric to be sitting as one of the final two at the end? Wouldn't that be a little messy? Just wondering.

From HD - No way Eric will be an automatic eviction on Thursday. No sense in that. They have 3 of the 6 members of their twist making it to the final 6 and make it 4 with Eric. No way.

Posted by: ben f at September 4, 2007 08:29 PM

Whoever out there votes for Eric to vote out Jessica, yall are a bunch of mean folks. Our votes don't matter in the game because D & D hold the power of who stays or goes. You guys just want to hurt somebody's feelings all in the name of good tv or internet feeds? For what it is worth, Jessica seems like decent person and wholly supports our armed forces, why do would you want to just screw her for the sake of meaness?

I've always wondered why people looked at me like I was a freak when I said I was a BB fan, now I know why! I am so glad I don't know yall.

HD- thanks for being unbiased, I love and admire what you do, and thank you for putting so much time and effort into your blogs.

Posted by: bbfanindallas at September 4, 2007 08:34 PM

Answering HD's questions:
The show was ok. Janelle was ok. POV was ok.
I loved the mimicry of Eric and Dick. Dick was a good sport where none of the others would have been, except maybe Eric because he took the cereal backlash well. Funny!
Zach is a person whose dreams are crushed. He tries to please and probably has a heart as big as all outdoors but he is a stranger in a strange land.
No, he's far from a dream crusher but he'd maybe like to be?
I voted for Jessica. She is a power player and wants DD out. Eric needs a "time out" in the showmance/pseudomance. Jessica actually can get some sleep in sequester without all of that talk, touch, talk, touch. The poor girl tries to take a nap and an hour later she is still trying to take the nap. DD all the way.

Posted by: Kay at September 4, 2007 08:34 PM

Oh come on America, don't you want our player to win this whole thing? Won't it be priceless when all the other players hear how America has been guiding Eric through this whole summer and we won it together with Eric our player. Poor Eric has been playing with a handicap, with all your devilish choices for him. He has been doing pretty well in spite of all the poor choices, which only shows how excellent a player Eric really is. Or at least he has the gift of gab to get out of some tight spots, like almost getting evicted a couple of weeks ago. So please lets give Eric the best votes each time, so we can see that smug face of the donatos drop on the floor.

Posted by: Bare Bunny at September 4, 2007 08:42 PM

"I vote to evict Jessica" I also think she had her chance to stop the downward spiral but sold her soul to the Donatos.

Note to HD:
Please, stop Jessica's picture from moving-extremely distracting.

Posted by: sherri at September 4, 2007 08:48 PM

This is a no-brainer. Dick already set it up by cutting the deal with Jameka. He wants Jam to think he's doing her a favor by not voting her out this week.

Since Jameka can't compete, she's powerless to save herself next week. There' will be no argument that she's the next to go after Jessica. She's a little bent about the 5 HOH thing, and she just might come back with a vengence if they don't deal with her.

Jameka set the stage for her game during the first episode saying "I never really spent much time with white people before." And, after 2 months in the Big Brother house, she has STILL never spent much time with white people.

I'm thinking Eric is just awful at this game. Even Dr. Will gave a show about maybe trying to win a competition, here and there. But Eric is seemingly incompetent. His Dick imitations were goofy. He's too stupid to read the body language of Jessica as he's playing kissypoo with her. Eric is not a threat, and D-D might as well keep him a couple more weeks.

I really hated Dick the first couple weeks. But he's growing on me. I think his strategy is superior to any previous HGs, Dr. Will inclusive. I really hope he's smart enough to win, and not maintain the fantasy of D&D in the final two. Just take the money, Dick. Your daughter is shallow enough that you can buy her back after the show.

Posted by: Jeff Chandler at September 4, 2007 08:51 PM

does anyone believe d&d . u think this is all a show and jamekia will go home.danille is a whiney brat and eric knows they are lying. so go eric go.

Posted by: joan at September 4, 2007 08:58 PM

This is my first post here. First I want to say I look forward to reading your blog every day. Thanks so much for taking the time to keep us all updated and entertained!

I just wanted to stand up for Janelle because she did not exactly brush Eric's apology off. She said something along the lines of "it's all good". She did roll her eyes, but it looked like only the cameras saw that. And really, he deserved whatever treatment she wanted to give him for making that comment. How stupid can he be? Obviously it's going to be heard but none of them seem to care who hears the trash they spew anyway. I thought overall, Janelle was pretty fair and did cheer everyone on pretty equally if a bit unenthusiastically.

I agree that Dick's fawning over Janelle was pretty gross. He needs to get out of there and get with some people his own age. A 44 year old man doesn't need to spend a summer with a bunch of kids. BB really should have cast some other older people so he wouldn't seem quite so creepy. LOL Kail doesn't count because they had to know she was not going to go far in the game.

Eric and Jessica's ro/show/fauxmance makes me sick. I don't like him, but after tonight's show I feel really bad for him. She is obviously using him to further her game and he is obviously really into her. For that reason I gave my 10 votes to evict Jessica. He needs to give up on his fantasy of moving to Kansas and marrying the cheerleader and go back to his real girlfriend. (who, for some reason that I cannot understand from his behavior in the house, seems to really like him.) Plus, I really like to watch him when he's flustered because I'm mean that way.

PS....I love your new Jessica animation! LOLOL

Posted by: SunnyD at September 4, 2007 09:00 PM

Tonight's show displayed how little "game" Jessica and Jameka have. For Jessica to suggest to Eric that he should be on the block instead of her is insane. For that alone I voted 10 times to evict Jessica.

I still can't get over that Jessica and Jameka never approached Zach before the nomination ceremony. Stupid.

Jessica moaning about not wanting to get rid of Amber is exactly why she's going to leave on Thursday. She never fully committed to the D&D alliance with Eric, and she'll pay for that failure this week.

Posted by: Shamrock at September 4, 2007 09:12 PM

I voted for Jess. If she could not make her own decisions as HOH and she is unhappy with the outcome, the only person she has to blame is herself

Posted by: Kris at September 4, 2007 09:12 PM

I'm voting Jameka to be evicted. I just can't see people who who want to crush him. Whether Jess is playing him or not, he cares deeply for her. Let him find out on his own if they can make it together. Some people would break a heart for a few laughs.
Has anyone mentioned that Dani had a good laugh at the Miss Piggy remark or is it only fair to attack Eric and not the Donato princess?

Posted by: absolon at September 4, 2007 09:57 PM

Whoa!!! All the votes for Jess that seem to be on this post...I'm shocked...I hope it will be Jameka that Eric gets to vote for... I can't help it, I'm compassionate... the poor boy was almost ready for the psych ward after Zach won HOH... he would have gone along with Jess last week if it weren't for us. I don't necessarily like Eric but I am not into being cruel just because I have that power. Eric seems to be a pretty fragile character. Personalities react differently to adversity and Eric seems to crumble. He will already crumble if D&D vote Jess out, it's like kicking a dog when he's down. By this post you know who my votes went to.

Posted by: deb at September 4, 2007 10:22 PM

I actually do think that Dick would have a chance with Janelle. He knows all these well known musicians, right? Janelle always was one for the main chance. Manipulative, rude men never seemed to bother her much. After all, she liked Will and Howie right? I think that she would at least want to go clubbing with him. I don't know think it would go further than that unless Dick won. Then Janelle would probably date him for sure.
I decided not to vote this time. I would prefer Jess to go, but I don't think it matters who Eric votes for this week. Voting tonight is a waste of time, as far as I'm concerned. The only reason to vote would be to make Eric feel bad or good. Right now I'm sort of neutral feeling towards Eric. I do hope that he and Jess date after the show, so I'd feel guilty about voting who I really want out.

Posted by: sandic at September 4, 2007 10:26 PM

Voting jessica out all 10 times too!

For those of you supporting Jessica you should do her a favor and have Eric vote her out too. Why? If Eric finds out America is making him vote her out he may try harder to convince Dick & Danielle to vote Jameka out so Jessica does not go home thinking Eric voted her out 100%.

But something valid to point out is that Jessica said Eric should be in her place and even though Eric screwed the LNC group, Jameka still didn't say Eric should be up, she said the best option would be for the veto to be used & Dick goes up. Nice, right?

Posted by: Melissa at September 4, 2007 10:37 PM

The show?

Wasn't very attention grabbing but at the same time it is just simply duldrums for me at this point because my fave, Jess, is likely to go in the first eviction on Thursday.

I read the great recap here to know when to pay attention and played Civ III through most of it.

The editing of the P.O.V.?

You make of it what you will edited or not. Yeah I rooted for Janelle during her seasons but she isn't a member of this season so could care less about her or any former guests they may have make appearances.

The mimicry of Dick by Eric was the best moment of the night. Finally a monkey (Sunday) task that was enjoyable and had a bit of a pay off.

The showmance has been one of the worst parts of the show for weeks. Jessica's attitude shown was pretty bad but what can you expect from someone who can't escape and go off and vent alone or with their parents/people that have been in their lives for years for real guidance. She supposedly is at that point in the month but I know that is a cop out but stress makes you say crazy things.

Anyone who is H.O.H. is a dream crusher. Don't know if Zach intended to have a comic book monologue like moment but the way it was edited it sure came off that way. Unfortunately it came off like Angar The Screamer rather than Doctor Doom.

As far as as America's Player vote...........

Unfortunately I am not kissing Jessica's butt even though my exclamation about her attitude may seem like it. All 10 of my votes went to evict Jessica. Jessica is my favorite but I really don't see Dick and Daniele changing their mind.

I get it Dick & Daniele are hoping to have Zach in their corner and go with the only having to deal with 1 as far as the H.O.H. comp goes. I hope it explodes all in their face since in the past I recall them going on and on about how veto is more important then H.O.H.. Plus how assure they both are there won't be a double eviction. So glad Daniele accidently slipped to Jessica that only 3 will be competing this week.

Anyway, I digress.....

The main reason I voted for Jessica is because since it is likely she is going to jury at least Eric will get his 20th task and another $10,000. If he is going to lose her in the game might as well help him out some.

If Jessica does get America's vote sure he will be shocked but just as well D & D will be shocked no matter if it 3-0 against Jessica or 2-1 against Jameka. It will hopefully throw some vibes can we really trust Zach and maybe we should keep Eric because he has just totally turned the jury against him. I want to see everyone's minds messed with.

Posted by: wump_scut at September 4, 2007 10:47 PM

I voted out Jameka.. Obviously I agree with an earlier poster - who said - D&D have the votes - to accomplish the goal. THere is no point in overkill. With the second eviction coming right up - you know it is going to be Eric leaving.. It is an unnecessary mean streak, and I hope that Eric will not have to vote out his closest alliance. And for those who really felt that Eric had an advantage - being American's Player - did not D& D have an even better advantage as they were two player. The relationship between the two of them means that regardless of any contractual rules about sharing of the winnings. that becomes unenforceable within the context of the family.....

Posted by: fin at September 4, 2007 10:52 PM

I truly will savor Jessica leaving this week. This 'showmance' is ridiculous...they're acting like children. I hope that weasel Eric has a complete mental collapse and is carried out the door. Power to the Donatos!

Posted by: Medieval at September 4, 2007 10:58 PM

10 votes for Jess. She needs to go, and Eric needs to vote her out, because it will be freaking funny.

Posted by: Heather at September 4, 2007 11:30 PM

I thought the show was okay. Is Zach a dream crusher? Well no, not really no...but I still like him!

I think that the whole Janelle/Eric thing has been blown out of proportion. He bad mouthed her, she brushed him off-who cares? It's not as if she called him a weasle in retaliation or anything. People just need to lay off on her.

Jessica and Erics fauxmance is getting annoying and gross-especialy because Eric just takes all the abuse Jess dishes out to him.

I'm putting my votes toward Jess-I can't stand how she's acting like a complete brat and blaming Eric along the way. Bye bye Jessica!

Posted by: Jessica at September 4, 2007 11:33 PM

I would love to see America's Player in the final 2. Dani laughed very loud when Eric made his comment about Janelle... Hummm... Janelle didn't take her laughing in a bad way. I love Janey, but I was totally disappointed in her part of the POV. I am voting for Jam to go. I would love to see Eric as HOH. I keep hoping that he can't possibly be this bad at competitions. Jess has hexed him. lol Oh my Gawwwd go home. Eric & Dick to the end.

1. If CBS really wants to help America's Player advance, then why couldn't they call Jameka to the diary room, about an hour before the live show, and keep her there until the show starts and the cameras roll, so that D&D can't execute their "plan."

2. I am still a JESS fan. So she doesn't really like Eric and she's playing him. That strategy seemed to work for Boogie. Conveniently, she'll have an "out" once he's revealed as America's player. Though I am still her fan, I thought her comment about how Eric should be on the block instead of her to be (1) in accordance with how Eric feels; but (2) distasteful. On the scale of distasteful, however, the rest of the remaining houseguests rank higher.

3. I think that Eric should start coming clean about everything he has done in the house (errant votes and mustard). It would make D&D want to take him with them instead of Zach - as he'd be easier to go up against.

4. Zach's problem is that he lives in video game world in real life and has a problem establishing relationships with people who don't live in that world. His comments like that he's a dream crusher are reminiscent of similar grandiose but hokey comments that are on video games. In short - he doesn't know how to talk "normal."

5. Can't stand Danielle BUT she deserved to win the HOH given all her preparation staring at the photos. That she idolizes Janelle made ME want to throw up a little in my mouth. That she is sucking up to Zach now, when most of the last two months she barely gave him a sideways glance, is annoying, but Zach trusting her and thinking he stands a chance of getting past third place with D&D is also annoying.

6. Jameka remains the most annoying with her in-your-face praying. I'd love to see footage of Amber right now crying "Oh God, why have you forsaken me?"

7. Usually, right about now, is when I lose interest in Big Brother because the guests I was rooting for are all gone. Once Eric & Jess are gone, so, too, is my interest in who wins. Worse, worser or worsest? I don't even know how to quantify that!

Eric is a good game player considering all of the things that America made him do especially in the beginning when we didn't really like him that much and wanted to screw him. On the other hand he spits venom in the DR ~ calling ppl some serious (fight causing on the outside) names.

Jameka is the biggest floater this season. I'm sure she's only still there because she didn't pose a treat 'cause she couldn't compete for HOH. But EVERYONE there must know that they WILL NOT win against her in F2.

Jessica is a delusional user. She is CLEARLY replused by Eric. I want her gone just for being a fake little witch, it's unfortunate that Eric may have to do it.

Zach for all that ppl say about him is playing the game and has been trying to play the game the WHOLE time without the benefit of an alliance (!) WOW! He is playing a thinking mans strategic game.

Dick is a strategist, not as good as his daughter, and a decent competitor, not as good as his daughter.

Dani is hands down the BEST BB player (this is my third season), considering her age and life experiences. In the past two seasons I've seem some really dumb strategic mistakes. The girl is only 21 (20 when the game started). I'm glad that Nickdelish (what a hottie!) left because her game would not have been this good.

I haven't had a chance to watch last night's show yet. It sounds like Jess was her normal selfish self; she has always treated Eric like a second class citizen. She demands he do this and that all the time. He is like her slave and he cowers down to her every whim and whimper. It is sickening. I have said right along that she is only using him to further herself in the game; she shows absolutely no affection to him at all; she never shows him affection just lays on her back; perhaps he has bad breath?? She knew from the beginning that he had watched every BB show and knew the game well and hopped on the train.

Eric has won enough with the simple tasks that America has given him. The one where he had to kiss someone; everyone picked Jess; how hard was that? Come on, everyone, he should at least have to work for the money! His constant talking and reiterating things, etc. drives me crazy.

Why feel sorry for him and his sadness about Jess being up on the block and maybe going home? He put her there. Doesn't anyone remember him making a deal with Zach to not nominate him? Hello!!!!!!!!! He of course would put Jess up instead; I wish Zach had gone and told Jess about the deal. Eric has treated Zach horrible throughout the game and was jealous of him and Jess as well yet Zach didn't hold that against him in nominations. Jess puts too much confidence in Eric's decision's and suggestions; he is running the HOH everytime she has won! She is playing the "dumb" blonde!

I voted for Jess to go. It is about time Eric earned his money. Perhaps then and only then will Jess realize they were both playing each other.

I don't think Jameka or Eric have the potential to win much of anything. Endurance, forget; it will be Zach and Dani since they are the ony two people who are working to get in shape for the finale.

I am so sick of paying for the feeds when all we see is Jess & Eric and their fauxmance. With all the camera's in the house you would think we could watch something else even a blank wall would be more interesting.

I would like to see Dick, Dani & Zach in the final 3. Zach could win it all; he is underrated as a player. If Dick wins it, he will share it with his brat of a daughter; if she wins it, she will just say "see ya" to her dad.

I agree that Eric, Jess & Jameka spend way too much time away from the others. You would think they would realize that is hurting them. I did notice Eric is trying to spend more time with the others.

Go Dick!

They should call this season "Blood... is thicker than Water" - the bottom line is simple: D&D do have an unfair advantage over the rest because regardless of all their in-fighting, they are "2 to 1" on every single thing that happens. Sad to say but the odds are high they will win... unless Eric wins HoH.

Posted by: Bob at September 5, 2007 04:52 AM

I love dick and Dani.. i don't see it being an unfair advantage though yes they are 2 against one and yes they can trust each other... though we have to think about it eric and jess trust each other and eric is playing for jess and jess is just playing for herself..

Eric is too worried about what will be shown in HoH to ever win it.. i love how strong dick and dani are i also love how everyone hates them because they are so strong.. they can say as they want.. when you go for someone and there's someone in the house that's stronger to diss them all the time it only makes sense.. Dani is by far the strongest player this game.. it would be better for her and her dad to take out jessica then Jemeka.. then Eric.... :) if they can do that then they are basically set.. that's only if they can keep the HoH's going between them...

Sometimes i think that this show is just all one big set up it's funny how dani always finds away to get herself out of situations.. it's funny that when they have the chance to take dick out they always decide not too.. it's had to say if this show is really what it looks like.. Jess and Eric don't make me sick or even wanna puke.. they arn't as bad as other showmance's...

I love this site because i love big brother but other then that i think this site sucks.. all ur really good at is down talking someone i think i good writer should have to compell themselves and be muteral to everyone :P... :s...

HD and others on her post, how can u sit there and want eric to vote for jessica. we finally have a say so in things and you guys r trying to mess up everything. ok jess goes home and eric wins hoh or i hope he does then what? i really want eric to win it all really. I CANT wait to see their faces thurs with the dbl eviction lol lmao thats why i want eric to win lol lmao

From HD - I voted for Jameka BTW.

Posted by: FANATIC313 at September 5, 2007 06:04 AM

I almost felt sorry with Eric when he talked about Jess. I think he really cares for her. At that moment I thought that I can't do that to him to vote jessica out. But then, I see her telling him she wished it was him on the block and in the DR she states she hopes that Danille will use the veto on her and that Eric is put up. When she said that I knew that she is using him in this game and she doesn't have feelings for him. So I voted for Eric to vote Jess out. It's time for her to go. I think we owe him the favor of letting her go.

Posted by: Linda at September 5, 2007 06:23 AM

hd i just had to send another blog. you cant never please everyone and i see it first hand here. lol lmao first last year you wanted a say so so they gave it to us this year and now you guys just want to throw the game off even more. dani and dick should have been gone. why they are letting them rule the house is beyond me. they got rid of all of the other players but kept these two. for what?! i just dont get it. everyone should have put up those two and everytime someone wins they go straight to them and ask who should be nominated. one minute dani doesnt like dick and then the next minute shes running to him for advice. typical she needs to grow up fast. they need to break them up and see how fast everything stops. get rid of dani and dick wont have a chance. send her butt right to the jury house by herself!!!!! lol lmao

Posted by: FANATIC313 at September 5, 2007 06:25 AM

Ok, so here goes. I can see I'm in a minority today but...
I didn't find the mimicking funny. It's dumb, juvenile and annoying. Dick throws milk and cereal on Eric and Eric sits there and takes it because he has to finish this lame task. Maybe I'm spending too much time with annoying 17-19 yr olds who should understand that work is about being a professional and not the place to act like.. like... Dick. I'm just not finding it funny any more.
Janelle - pink, pink and more pink. Yawn. If BB has to use a previous houseguest at least this time they weren't totally annoying.
Dick day dreaming about Jannelle was funny. Goofy music, Dani throwing up in her mouth (Oh I hope that is real the little brat.. but I digress), Zack being all ewww...

While I don't think that Jessica has ever been romantically interested in Eric she did have an opportunity to screw him over. All she had to do is go to Dani and tell her that Eric was the one who voted against the group and that he intentionally lied about Nick. You know Danielle would have used Veto to get Eric on the block. The comment about how Eric should be up and not her? Not nice Jessica, not nice at all. But, she did go against her better judgement and he has been feeding her a line about how bad he feels. I think a lot of posters think he should be up there instead of Jessica so why shouldn't she think that too?

If I have to watch Dani be fake nice much longer I might just have to stop watching BB. My hope is that the dble eviction takes her out on Thursday. I don't care who wins this year. But I would like to see the ripples that an unexpected ousting like that would cause. If either Eric or which ever of the nominated girls wins I hope that Dick and Danielle go up and Dani frappees la rue.

Based on the following comments made at 1:18 AM by Eric: "Eric asks "Jameka, how much of my prize money do I have to give you to say "Yo mama's a bitch to Dick?"" (quotes from Joker's Updates), I will venture a prediction as to whom America and Canada voted to evict: Jameka.

His attitude seemed relaxed possibly because he now knew he wouldn't be seen has having betrayed Jessica in a vote he knew wouldn't count anyway.

His comments to Jameka was in my view a last "suttle" attempt on his part to get Daniele and dick to change their minds. He was inciting Jameka to repeat her previous insult to Dick that Eric knows would infuriated Dick, possibly inducing a change of heart, and vote. Good lucck with that.

Posted by: Keyholedan at September 5, 2007 06:48 AM

What is wrong with you people? You are mad at eric for lying to jess when it was your votes that put him in that position!! Also, you are shocked that jess didn't put up D/D last week when (again) it was your votes that made eric convince her to put up amber. You can't have it both ways guys. Either support their decisions or not but you are the ones causing the problems that you complain about. I am so sick of AP and think it was the worst twist ever!!!

Posted by: BB8Chickadee at September 5, 2007 07:12 AM

Not much to say about last night. It was ok.

However, on the Eric 'being sooo upset' front. Remember when he had to lie about a failed romance (or something) to Kail. WOW. Real tears, red eyes...the whole nine yards. Oh yes, Eric can cry at the drop of a hat. I don't buy into him being so upset.

And I didn't like his pretty much blaming the fact that he is AP for his so-called worst nightmare. Come on. I wouldn't mind a few nightmares for $40,000. I haven't seen any of the other HG's getting that opportunity.

And where does he get off practically telling us how to vote now? It's all wrong IMO.

Sorry to rant, but he just drives me up the wall.

Posted by: BBfanforever at September 5, 2007 09:53 AM

I am glad Dani didnt use the POV
I voted 10 x for Jess to go for 2 reasons

1) of the 2 noms J & J Jess is the bigger threat stragically and physically
2) Her selfish remard to Eric stating he should be in her place was just selfish and bratty.

I wasnt crazy about Eric when he was in cahoots with Dustin. I am still not crazy about Eric yet I think he has done an amazing job considering all the crap we have put him thru.
Jess can complain all she wants Nobody told her to listen to Eric and leave D&D slide by another week. Some folks shouldnt kid themselves. Amber didnt like Jess either. She wouldve nominated Jess also, given the chance. Bottom line is, we are getting down to the end and friends are friends , but it is a game and they all came to win the money.D&D have an advantage cause theyre family and in an alliance, J&E have an advantage cause theyre in an alliance and Eric ia AP
We can complain about the actions of the players but we are seeing everything and they arent, so... I am just gonna sit back and enjoy the show. I am so excited for Thursdays dbl eviction since it is the first show I am completely clueless about.
Thanks HD for the updates All of your hard work is really appreciated by many of us. Thanks

Didn't vote... Show was funny... I hope Jessica goes home Thursday and then the real show begins! Can't wait :0)

Is it just me or does anyone else feel it is hypocritical to hate on someone for "playing" the affections of another houseguest after spending all of two BB seasons cheering on the likes of Will and Booger? I am sorry but I don't understand why most of you ladies are showing so much spite for the Buxom Blondes or anyone this season that uses romance to gain favor. Is this one of those things that is good for the goose but not the gander?

Posted by: Gregor at September 5, 2007 12:52 PM

1) I voted for Jameka to go home.
2) I thought the POV with Janelle was a disaster in that, Janelle was SOOOO obviously slanted to ED and Dani.. That is just not right. AND, so Jess FINALLY loses her cool with Eric, I say about time.

I think Eric has play a pretty darned good game with one hand tied behind his back, though personally I detest the weasel. If Zack and/or Jameka make it to final I say they DID have a game or they wouldn't have made it. Some games are louder, more profane, more devious, but everyone in the house is playing the game their own way.

D&D are the kind of people I hope I never get to know in real life, and I would really hate to see them rewarded monetarily for their disgusting behaviors.

Posted by: Mindy at September 5, 2007 01:14 PM

I voted for Jess to go home. Strategically she is a threat in the house and Jameka still has one more HOH to sit out. I think that little Miss Jess thought she could go the whole game and not be nominated, now she knows how it feels and it is apparent to me that she really plain' Eric. Eric has done well, financially, in the game, probably far more than many of the HG's have an opportunity to do. Jess and Eric are 30x more annoying than Dani and Nick. Especially when it appears to be a fauxmance, at least on Jess's side. This is a game not a dating service. D & D have played an excellent game and they have NOT thrown comps like so many of the remaining houseguests. On with the game , get out the floaters and weasels of the house.

Posted by: shebart at September 5, 2007 01:43 PM

Come on CBS Janelle is soooooo last season. And the one before. LOL!!! Btw what was up with the bust of Janelle's dress? It looked like she'd stuffed her bra with newpaper!

Posted by: Pamela N at September 5, 2007 01:53 PM

What's the deal with her. With the exception of her face, the girl is a train wreck.

She must be so desperate now...flirting with Dick!!! "Oh Dick, you're so hot...Oh BTW...I would love for you to introduce me to some of your rock buddies...I am a Buxom Goddess who would love to be in a rock video." " I think that would really give my career a major boost."

She must be out of her mind to wear that Muu Muu dress or else Eric was right and she probably gained a lot of weight!!!

Posted by: RB at September 5, 2007 02:19 PM

Jameka giving up 5 HOHs was the absolute best game play move of the season. It kept her around way longer then she should have been. Though I dont think when she made that decision to give up the 5 HOHs she even had the time to realize the impact.
It really was the best move she ever made though.

I am not so sure that Jess doesn't have feelings for Eric. You can tell she gets uncomfortable when his ex was being discussed, and she definitely was interested in learing about the deal with his ex.
When Eric kissed her the first time she said "well its about time!"

Also why in the world would Jess not put up D & D when she wanted to, if she didnt really like Eric? She only put up Amber and Zach bc he wanted her to.
So, though she has bitched out to Eric a bit this week bc she is annoyed by the consequences of her bad decisions, I think she definitely does like Eric, otherwise she would not be in the predicament she is in now.
Shes just acting bitchy now bc she is mad at herself for not doing what she knew she should have done last week.

I think out of all the HGs, Eric is playing the best game.
But the other HGs don't know it yet, bc they do not know about AP.
AP is definitely a huge handicap.
The fact that he came this far, even when he did some very contraversial moves in the house is huge. Very few of the other HGs pulling off what Eric pulled off.

The money Eric won from his AP tasks is a nice consolation for his huge handicap.

Can you imagine if Eric is forced to vote Jess off and then he gets voted off in second eviction and they both have to go to sequester house that same week? Oh the drama!

HD, Some of the posters say that Daniele knows of the double eviction week, is that true? How does she know?

Also can you refresh our memories' how the double eviction works? I think that after the first eviction, the rest compete for HOH, and then immediately after there is another vote off, right? Is Zach eligible to compete in that HOH? Also I wonder if since its a double eviction week, that CBS would give Jameka (if she is still alive) an exception to compete for HOH?

From HD - Daniele does not know there is a double eviction. As of today, she thinks there is 22 days left in the game. Zach has asked several times if it's time for double eviction week but each time he asks Daniele she tells him that if it were to happen it would have happened last week and that she's told him that before.

i voted for jameka. i, too, think it's totally sick of people to want to evict jessica knowing the way eric feels about her. a lot of people complain about eric being a weasel, etc. in this game, but it's been because of american's poor choices for him, and he's had to lie and scheme (much like your beloved Donatos) in order to stay alive in this game. it seems like you people are trying to set eric up for failure out of spite, and he is coming out on top all day long. i hope he does win the HOH tomorrow to put D&D in the hot seat and at least get whiny Danielle out. i do like dick somewhat--he's amusing.

Posted by: ren at September 5, 2007 11:12 PM

Get rid of Jess. She played stupid by letting Eric influence her not to put up Danielle/Dick. She and Eric make me nauseous - as bad as low class Dick spitting everywhere. This season is just awful so I don't watch all the time. Glad the Wamber is gone, she has a lot of therapy ahead of her if she actually thinks she is model material. By the way, I am Eric's left eyebrow - the one that almost hits his hairline.
