Shot For Shot
I really thought tonight's show would be better. I mean come on already CBS! You had so much footage to use. But whatever.
The show started out great. And of course we knew how it would start. No, I'm not talking about the recaps! I'm talking about Dick making good on his promise to cause hell in the house. The whole waking Dustin up with pots and pans and causing mayhem before the POV contest that day. That was great stuff but CBS didn't really show a whole lot of it. I didn't even hear much bleeping. LOL
Dick and Daniele's relationship. Blah blah blah.
The picking of the balls was great. I loved how Dick just kept on at them. 'The magic ping pong ball'. 'Princess'. Loved it!
As we've already pretty much figured out, the POV competition was about drinking shots of nasty but usually tasty concoctions (when eaten separately but part of a meal) and then playing croquet. Depending on how many shots they drank, they got so many shots in croquet. I loved how Zach threw the competition. I can't say that I blame him. Those were some pretty nasty combinations to have tasted. Ick. And would I have drank those nasty things if I were him? Absolutely not. Would I have done it if I were Dick? Absolutely.
Fast forward through all of this. Blah blah blah. Dani hates the game and hates the people in the house. Blah blah blah. Dustin volunteers himself to Jessica and the crew to go up in Daniele's place in case Dick uses the POV on her. Blah blah blah.
WTF? WTF? Eric was told he had to give the silent treatment to Jessica. Right. We all knew that. Eric avoided her all day long up until after the POV ceremony. But guess what. CBS says that Eric failed in his task. They showed Jessica asking Eric to talk and Eric saying he couldn't because he wasn't feeling good and Eric brushed her off. So Eric failed. I wonder if he really failed because Eric talked to Jessica after Eric came out of the DR after being told his task and talked to Jessica in the storage room for about 45 minutes? If that's the case, why couldn't they have told him that he had already failed so that he wouldn't have kept on ignoring Jessica the rest of the day?
Whatever CBS.
The rest of the show involved the POV ceremony. Dick used it on Daniele. Of course they didn't show his speech that moved Jen to tears.
I think CBS is trying to get Eric to get Dick voted out because of the way the show was tonight. Has to be because why else would they not show this moving POV speech by Dick?
I'm still pissed about Eric's failed task.
Speaking of Eric, of course our new task is for us to either vote for Eric to evict Dick or Dustin. I don't like Dustin and after tonight, I'm completely over the America's Player twist. I guess you could call me a late bloomer in not liking this America's Player thing but tonight was it for me. He has no choice but to evict who we tell him to so I'm voting 10 times for Dustin. I want Dick to stay. Nuff said. If you do feel so inclined as to vote, you can do so here.
What did you think about tonight's possibly great show that turned into crap? LOL
I'm wondering. Again. Dontcha love it when I say that?

I'm not sure that I agree with you tonight, HD (gasp - cause we're usually pretty much on the same page)
I thoroughly enjoyed tonights show because so much of this I had missed this week due to life going on and interrupting my BB obession :(
I love Daniele's strategy. I truly, truly, truly hope that Jen, Dani, Jess, Eric and Zach can team up and run that house. Let's get the Whamekain out of the house!!!!!!!
I DO TOTALLY AGREE ABOUT THE CBS SKEWING THE SHOW IN FAVOR OF DUSTIN AND NOT ED!!!!!!!!! That pisses me off. Dustin is a WEASEL and of course America did not get to see that! URGH!
I am giving all my votes to Dustin to LEAVE! Can you imagine the jaws dropping on that one??? And the sheer terror on Whameka's face when it does? That's classic TV right there folks:)
I may not like all of ED's words but he sure has grown on me as one of my favorite players this season.
I do agree HD about the AP failed task. What was he supposed to do, simply ignore her? WTF???
Ok, I'm done for tonight!
Posted by: KylainTx at August 14, 2007 07:38 PM
oh god.. i hope that dustin goes.... this season will loose everything if dick goes...... and i hope cbs is smart enough to attempt to control that...
Posted by: devon at August 14, 2007 07:39 PM
What did Dustin do tonight that all of sudden makes him unlikable? Come on HD, you gave the big speech the other day about not screwing AP over...and now you are doing exactly that? I like Eric. I think everything "shifty" he has ever done in the game has been because of an AP task. By getting him to vote out Dustin, we are only screwing Eric over...He'll be the next target. I think it is very unfair to him! VOTE DICK OUT!!!
From HD - I don't like Dustin. And I think this week would be the perfect week for Eric to have to vote for Dustin to go and not cause trouble. Of course I could be wrong. LOL ;)

You know...Im really mad at dick for being such a dope and yelling at everyone and acting like a creep. Cause if he was nice the entire time and got along with people i would definitly want him to win it all.
I actually feel sorry for him when he make loving comments to Danielle and she just gives him nothing back.
As for dustin VS ED....The angel on my right side says get rid of ED because he is just so mean...the ED on my left shoulder says what a great show to watch dustin go and oh boy the aftermath of all of that. They would know eric did it and everyone would just hate him.
Very disapointed in not hearing ED's speech. I was looking forward to that the most.
Posted by: NY Deb at August 14, 2007 07:43 PM
I'll have to disagree that CBS staged it for Dick to leave. To me it seemed that the final cut with Dick saying the pawn always gets evicted, with the combination of the Dustin's ego thinking it's in the bag said they want Dustin to go.
The only bad thing about getting Eric to vote for Dustin is that Eric is now the odd man out. Jessica already thinks that Eric is in with Dick. Jemeka and Amber want Dick gone and know that the mystery vote will be Eric. At least I think they'll be smart enough to put that together. You have D&D, Jen, and Zach on the other side. They think Eric is already trying to play both sides and this would be their proof... again but for real this time.
(as I gaze into my crystal ball)
Eric will be going home soon.

I am totally on the same page as you HD. Tonight was disappointing considering everything that has been going on and what CBS ended up showing. Diffently skewed towards Dustin favor as Dustin in the feeds was so self assured, cocky, smug and down right mean spirited on a level totally different from ED.
I do hope Dani can team up with Jen and Jess and realign the house.
Interesting that Eric has finally caught on to America and is covering his a** but suggesting that the votes could still have an odd twist to them or that he may even throw a vote that way since it is such a done deal...
Oh well, things cold change yet again before Thursday. We can only hope and at least make Eric vote to get Dustin out.
Posted by: David at August 14, 2007 07:48 PM
I don't want to see Dick go. I voted for Dustin to leave. And if Eric is America's Player he can make it happen. He said he trying to redeem himself with America so let's see what he's got!!! He can very easily persuade Jess and tell her to let Zach vote how he wants to. If it is a tie he should tell her to get rid of Dustin. That is teh only way I will respect Eric as AP. Dick is the one who makes the show interesting. I would love to see Dick, Dani, Zach, Jess and Eric evict each one of the "nerd herd" one by one. "AND THAT'S THAT"!
Posted by: dejaval143 at August 14, 2007 07:49 PM
HD I really think he failed the task because when jess did come in to talk with him, instead continuing on along the lines of I can't talk, he ended up saying ok go ahead and tell me blah blah blah, and Jess is the one that said no and walked out the door.
Posted by: beifiori at August 14, 2007 07:50 PM
"CIGARS, CIGARETTES, COCKTAILS ANYONE. SO SAD!"
From HD - I think THAT will be my favorite quote from BB this season by far!!!!
Posted by: dejaval143 at August 14, 2007 07:51 PM
I totally agree with you HamsterDame. Get Dustin out now!!! Eric needs to form a new strategy!!! If he doesn't Amber, Jameka and Dustin will screw him over.
Posted by: dejaval143 at August 14, 2007 07:55 PM
Todays big brother really got to me. I think ED is funny on the actual show, but on the feeds he's to much, he keeps saying horrible words, and I don't think there appropriate. Also, I would like to point out that were getting Eric in so much trouble! So what, Eric was mean...what about the other house guests?! Everyone loves ED, and hes horrible to everyone else! Finally, why does everyone hate Dustin?! Becuase he took the money? I think thats really strange.
Posted by: The BB patrol at August 14, 2007 07:59 PM
Get that scum sucking evil mouthed ED out. He is scum of the earth.. Dani is nothing but a self centered piece of work. Has anyone heard this trash mention her boyfriend? Sure have heard Nick's name enough out of her mouth. They both need to go ASAP.
Posted by: diff at August 14, 2007 08:00 PM
Dustin is a weazel! He needs to go. Strategy wise... it's the best possible thing for Eric to do. I voted for him to evict Dustin.
If he votes off Dustin now... works in the weeks to come to get rid of Dick... he has a GREAT chance of winning. OR the flip side... he makes it to the final 3.
My thoughts at least...
Posted by: notaccountable at August 14, 2007 08:06 PM
I'm with you HD. This episode sucked. They didn't show enough of what Dick did to piss everybody off. The whole thing with Eric failing his test. Ugh, I still say this season is the worst yet.
I have to say that I'm loving Squeaky (Jessica). When they showed her in the diary room crying I felt so bad for her.
I so hope Dustin goes this week.
Posted by: Samantha at August 14, 2007 08:16 PM
Did anyone else have trouble voting tonight??? My online votes kept going to error... I 'm wondering if the volume of votes coming in is too much! lol
I didn't catch the moving speach by Dick online and was really waiting the whole show for it tonight!!! Dang CBS!
I wanted to personally punch Dustin in the DR at the end of the show fake boo hooing and being so cocky! Go home! THAT would make for good TV.
I like my steak well done, and my Big Brother dirty!!! MMmmmmm yummmy!
From HD - I was having a problem casting my votes too. It took me awhile but I made sure my 10 votes were in.
Posted by: Marcia at August 14, 2007 08:22 PM
I am glad CBS did not show Dick's moving POV speech, because then people who do not get the live feeds may vote to save Dick, and I want him to go home!
Posted by: mapleleafgirl at August 14, 2007 08:24 PM
Thanks diff for finally saying what all the others are saying about ED. I have to fast-forward Tivo everytime he's on the camera (honest). I haven't had to do that since our illustrious President. What a complete losing piece of scum. It's sad how some thought he gave this great speech. What about all the other shit he's done to Dani (that she hasn't forgotten about)? If he stays, I'll probably stop watching for awhile. All the others will deserve what ED gives to them.
Posted by: nyclovesbb at August 14, 2007 08:27 PM
I was thinking there were probably a LOOOOT of voters tonight and that was why there were problems casting votes, but I perserved and got them cast, and just in case, recast another 10 hahah!
Ok, I have a question. after the veto ceremony, on the LF the other day, both Jen and Jess said they were very moved by what ED said in his speech as to why he was giving it to dani, or was I wrong? Jen said she teared up. did they cut that, or did it not happen, and they just teared up because he gave it to her?
Posted by: beifiori at August 14, 2007 08:33 PM
i did my duty. 10 times for dustin. praise God. lol.
Posted by: psaltyne at August 14, 2007 09:07 PM
Dude I was so pissed about the edits tonight! I wanted to see Dick's speech that moved some to tears. I wanted to see more of the Eric silent treatment thing. I could go on but I shan't. All I know is that I'll be joining you, HD, in giving the AP (yeah right, he ain't my playa) all 10 of my votes to evict Ms. Dustin.
From HD - Hey there Chuck! :)
Posted by: Chuck at August 14, 2007 09:13 PM
I cannot believe you want to keep Dick over Dustin. Dick is rude and nasty. This is a game for someone to win for money. Not a place to make up with your daughter. Go home and do it in the privacy of your home and let us try to enjoy BB8! I am so sick of D&D. VOTE OUT DICK! Let Eric try to win the game.
Posted by: Carol at August 14, 2007 09:28 PM
I found the editing to be especially favorable to Dick and Daniele. Although it's hard to show how Dick beats people down with the most offensive attacks and how Dani says "This is SOOO hard for me. I hate it HEEEEEEERE" every 20 minutes.
The "Dick rock music" is really grating and even though I don't like Dustin's tough man routine when Dick isn't around, portraying Dick as an anti-hero really confuses me.
Posted by: William G at August 14, 2007 09:43 PM
I totally agree with you about tonights show HD. I really deeply wanted to see that "other" side of ED that even Jameka was impressed with. I'm disappointed CBS mucked it up so bad with tonights edits.
I also wanted to say something about the game. I think sometimes we're forgetting that it's the purpose of the game to get to the end. It's really not about who the other HG's think deserves it more. Since I don't have the live feeds this year, I read the posts and watch the utubes (sic) to do the catching up. I can understand why ED's methods would not sit well with some people, but I'm positively floored that Dustin and Eric's antics are not causing the same repulsion. They've both said some pretty vulgar and explicit things about Dani and they're not such buddies with the females in their alliance behind their backs either. They are absolutely no better than ED when it comes to those things. What they're worst at is perspective and strategy. IF (and that's a mighty big word for Dustin & Eric), but IF they actually strategized their options, they would be keeping D&D around if for nothing else than the thought that they would win hands down against them in the end (if they're perspective is truly that D&D are so horrible).
Ahhh, alas..... that's the conflict of BB.
Keep up the great work HD. Just love your blogs :)

Although CBS does suck at the editing you have to remember a lot of us still watch the live feeds or read updates on what is going on. The only reason I even watch the show anymore is to hear what they say in the DR.
And I did my fair share of voting to get Dustin out. :D
Posted by: *LAD* at August 14, 2007 10:06 PM
Listeningto the feeds tonight I am so disappointed in Zach, I thought he was a loyal fan of Dani's and DIck. They befriended him long before the Holy Alliance decided to tlak to him.. Doesn't he get that he is low man on the pole and they will pick hime off very soon. If Jen and Zach were smart they would stay with D & D and pick off the HOly Alliance. Dustin needs to leave...#1 I think that CBS will lose the "main event" of the house DICK. Jess needs to start thinking for herself and not let the group control her. Easier said than done..I know. I am extremely unhappy that they edited the Dick speech out..I think that it really biases the whole scene. I felt betrayed by CBS. Has any one else heard about the possibility that Dick found something that was attached on a chess piece?? Just wondering...
Hope Thursday goes with Dustpan leavin' but maybe CBS will bring back Dick as a twist?
Posted by: shebart at August 14, 2007 10:27 PM
sent my 10 votes to get rid of the loud mouth dick. dustin can go next week . lets not screw it up for eric
Posted by: Pat at August 14, 2007 10:30 PM
Yeah baby, vote DUSTIN out, It would make such good T.V. SO GREAT!
Posted by: Ozzy at August 14, 2007 10:52 PM
Ok...First of all, I don't like CBS's editing...this is the first season that i have watched anything other than the actual show, but now since watching the vids of feeds it shows how they screw up what's REALLY going on to make the viewers think what they WANT them to think.
Personally I like ED at first, but now I just find him annoying..I, myself, would LOVE to see him go just cuz he's a prick, but in the aspect of gameplay...it would be STUPID to keep Dustin around...NOBODY is going to vote for ED to get the money...so that just makes Dustin a threat. What does my opinion matter though...they are going to make thier decisions no matter what I think any how :)

I haven't seen the entertainment in Dick in awhile as far as the feeds or the show and don't exactly understand why people think he is the only thing making the show at this point.
For the first time this season I finally sat down with others and watched the show. I had no idea my brother and his wife watched it until I had dinner with them tonight. Through dinner convo I found out they were big fans of Dick and Jen and reasons were pretty much like everyone else.
By the end of the show they had changed their mind about Dick and the show in general. They weren't bugged by what he was doing and actually thought it was still a pretty positive spin but they came to the same conclusion as Kail that he has to be how he is and it isn't really a strategy especially with the Daniele confrontation of the other house guests. So they seemed to become more solid Jen supporters.
The main conclusion they came up with though is the show is becoming boring because it is starting to become almost the same show every episode. Catch up on immediate events after such an such ceremony. Let's see how Dick is attacking his current victims. Run a comp. Let's see how America is treating the monkey. Try to showcase why the noms are on the chopping block. So on and so forth. I know every season at one point or another feels the same way but this season has been stuck in the same groove of the record for almost the whole season and I think this is making it into one of the worse seasons because what is so called strategy this season is simply personal.
I don't know I thought it was kind of interesting to get some input from some people that don't watch the feeds or read messageboards.
As far as the FAILED task I think Eric is getting credit for this task but CBS is trying to make it easier for the audience at home to keep a tally so when they reveal the final numbers they will be more inline with america's own totals since the kiss up to Dick never was addressed on the show and I am pretty sure that task was a total failure. They may have done with they did tonight for those keeping count at home. That is my guess anyway.
Final thought, I thought Evel and Dustin were both edited in to positive of a light then either of them could have been. They certainly push Eric' cockiness more than Dustin'. Dick is still edited in such a way to reflect more of what the viewer possibly would like to do so it doesn't come off as harsh or relentless. Feeds will always show a truer face.
Posted by: wump_scut at August 14, 2007 11:04 PM
I just started seeing the online feed, and it makes a huge difference from just watching it on television. I was like, wth, why is America wanting Dustin gone, but I can see why now. I'm still a huge fan on Eric though. I hate when he has to do things to mess up him and Jess's bond. It just pisses me off! I'd kind of like to see Dick leave now though, 'cause I think Danielle will have a better chance in the game. She has some smart moves from what I saw tonight!!!
Posted by: Jezabell45 at August 14, 2007 11:08 PM
Just because Dustin was a bit cocky this week does not mean he needs to go home. How come Dick can be such a jerk, be rude and totally rotten and everyones ok with it. Are u all saying its ok to be totally rude buts its not ok to be cocky. If Eric votes for Dustin then everyone will know that Eric voted against Dustin, i dont like Eric but i dont like Dick even more. So do u really want Eric out next week? Cause that will most likely happen. I think its sad that a grown man has America's permission to be rude and totally rotten, and another grown man can be a little bit cocky and he's the one to be evicted. Maybe America wants both Dustin and Eric out. I don't like either Dick or Eric but i still want a chance to have a say in the game. Maybe next year bends this American Player doesn't seem to be working, maybe we wont have a chance like this to be able to play along even if we don't always agree. So i voted for Dick to leave on my computer, my better halfs cell and on my cell. Dustin needs to stay and Dick needs to go. Besides we get a chance to see if Dani can actually play on her own too feet. Its will be interesting. Good luck to all....
Posted by: tracy at August 14, 2007 11:36 PM
Dick may be rude and nasty but he is interesting... why else would you want to watch peace loving kind folks in the yard that is our real life. Let's remember it was BB who wanted to put in the friction, I don't think Dick thought I know what I will do; take my daughter and our personal problems to the internet.... AND I believe Eric is getting paid pretty well for playing OUR GAME.... not his, so I think he should start doing a better job. He should play it more neutral and wait for our input so he wouldn't have to back track or look like a fool. Try to use some thought to this.... it is a show and we are supposed to be amused.... I find Dick FUN... sorry about that.
Posted by: Linda at August 15, 2007 12:10 AM
I was having trouble too casting votes towards dustin.....but i just kept doing it until the polls were closed!!!!!!!!!!
okay i realize dick goes over the line sometimes but truly the best times of my summer so far is dick making the tweeker whore bloody balls trailer trash and oh did i mention tweeker CRY
in all the years i've never hated a cast as bad as i do the lnc...no not even the nerd herd from season six....with dustin and eric at the head of it i CANNOT WAIT for the look on their faces thursday night when dustin's queenie pompous ass walks through the door
btw raspberries to you cbs for not showing
dustins pompous ass on the show tonight
hugs to hamsterdame....as always...great job girlie

I understand that mind games are prodocol for this game, but, Dick took it too far. I really liked Dick before, but when he got so mean and personal with his attacks, I was heart broke. I'm not a big fan of Dustin either, but I wish Dick wouldn't have gotten so nasty with his rantings and ravings.
I am starting to really like Jess too. She is a sincere person. But I am so sick of Whamber and Jameka. They can take the next bus to the sequester house at any time.
Posted by: Chris at August 15, 2007 03:04 AM
HD, up until now I have been 100% in agreement with you. But sad to say we now must part ways. I still want Dick gone and not for the things he said while trying to save Dani. I will never forget and have hated him for earlier incidents. Dumping the tea on Jen's head and screaming at her that she was less than a pile of shit and scum of the earth and repeated it more than once. I will never forget that. Go Jen - to the end.
PS - Zach is coming alive. I was very impressed with him at the "date" with Jess.
Posted by: absolon at August 15, 2007 03:26 AM
Is it only me, or did anyone else think of the Wizard of Oz munchkins when we saw Jessica cry? It just looked so strange.
Posted by: Peggy in Buffalo at August 15, 2007 03:53 AM
My feeling is that Dick will be the one going home. Zach worked on Jessica during thier "date". He said that he is voting out Dick, I would rather have Dustin out. one thing the hg's should think about, would they want to be alone with Dick in sequester :) :)
Posted by: Devans at August 15, 2007 05:02 AM
I think you are all missing the point, they are all weasels. That is what the game is about, lying, acting, and backstabbing are key parts of the game. The only thing colorful about Dick is his hair, his bi-polar behavior is his strategy and the house doesn't like him and I'm not sure why America is trying to keep in this walking mid-life crisis rocker wantabe thats living 25 years in the past ...dude needs to grow up! ROCK ON!
Posted by: Steven at August 15, 2007 05:25 AM
I can't understand why some say ED is scum and says nasty things to other players.... HELLO...what about the very nasty things they are saying about D&D committing incest. To me and many others that is nothing compared to what Dick has done and I hope he does not find out while he is in the house.
I hope they have a head doctor for Amber, that is one screwed up in the head person. When she finds out what people really think about her actions in the house it just may be the straw that broke the camels back. My heart goes out to her child and hope who ever is watching this child is not letting her watch her mom on TV.
I voted for Dustin to go, yes the little princess is a trouble maker! I liked Joe much better and now believe all that he said about his ex princess.
Posted by: Karen at August 15, 2007 05:34 AM
I think some of you forget that last week Dustin was on the same page as Dick until D&D wanted to get Eric voted out. Dustin's big mistake was he turned on Dick too fast.He chose his arrogance over game strategy. Dick had every right to blow up at everyone in the house about it and all of Dicks yelling, cussing, and nasty comments is all game. He knows that everything he says , messes with their minds. At least Dick tells it like it is and does'nt backstab them like Dustin does. Goodbye Dustin! Pack yor knives and go! Oh, thats another show! hehehe
Posted by: Linda at August 15, 2007 05:39 AM
Did anyone else want to freaking BACKHAND that little b**** Danielle when she went in bawling, crying, whining, throwing a scene up in the HOH room and screaming in people's faces, and then went in the diary room and was like, "It's strategy to get in good with them ;D"
You certainly LOOK like you're 12 years old, so go ahead and act it, too. _
Used to really like D&D, but I'm slowly liking Eric more and more instead of them. GASP, OMFG, HERE COME THE FLAMES!!! Maybe I haven't seen what you guys have seen, but. His trash talk is exaggerated, as is EVERYTHING in that house, and I agree with a previous comment that the shifty things he's done are because of AP stuff. MAN, I feel bad whenever he picks up an AP task and makes a worried face. He tries really hard to please us, but ends up with egg on his face because of house circumstances and we boo him? What the--?! I don't think he's that bad of a guy, but I seem to be in the minority. So.
In other news, I've started DREAMING about BB, wtf? Jessica, Eric, and Zach made a visit last night. Very strange.
Posted by: Artist Erin at August 15, 2007 06:26 AM
Hmm, I was also disappointed in the show. In particular the "failed" mark on the latest task. Is CBS just getting cheap? Oh, right, CBS has been cheap all along. Recycled phone booths...
I might be in a minority here on this one but I really don't care for Dani at all. I find her grating and whiney and having to listen to the rant again on TV made my ears bleed. "It's just so hard" pff grow up. It was one of the few times this season that I've wished I was in the room to be able to respond.
No Danielle I don't dislike you because of things that Dick does. I just don't like what you do and say. I kinda like Dick. Sure he's agressive and in your face but he is also consistent and I know where everyone stands with him. With you Danielle, all I see is "waa waa poor me my dad is horrible" - followed by a close huddle with said horrible dad to strategize. And then you make a big deal about how Nick is presuring and confusing you and how you like your boyfreind but "it's just so hard". For the love of.. Danielle, life is not a bed of roses and whining fixes nothing. I also continued to see the refusal to have a conversation. That was a confrontation, not a conversation. In a conversation you have to stop and think about what the other person says. Also - try wording your points differently. You said the same words over and over in a screechy, confrontational tone "you never think about me!" Aww I'm sorry Jan but it really is all about "marcia, marcia, marcia!
The only people I've ever seen Danielle try to connect with are Jessica and now Jen. And since she's now avoiding Jess and with Jen - maybe too little too late?
If I was a hamster in that house I would not want to be in final 2 against Dick. Yes, he's riled most of them up some but he also gives great speaches that could change the results. I won't be surprised if Zach and Jen decide that he needs to go home now.
And finally, Jessica. I like this girl but really, come on now. How come you always let other people influence you so much? Dick and Dustin in a secret alliance. MM hmm that probably is why Dustin wants to be a pawn against him. What a diabolical plan.

I feel the show was so so tonight. I was mad that they did not show us Dick's speech at the POV. Also that Eric failed his task. I did like that they show us Dani talking in the HOH room that we did not see it all on feeds. I feel she is right that ppl should not think it her fault what her dad does. What Carol put this is for win money not to make up with your daughter do it in privacy. Dani did not know her dad with be in the house. Cbs put them together as part of the game. So it can not just be in privacy. I know how it is not to talk to your dad for many years because of things that happen in your child hood. It makes you feel bad inside for a very long time intil you can learn to for give and go on with your life and make you a better person. Also as a mother my children means more to me than any money. I would do any thing for my children. Life is very short you never know when someone you love or are mad at will not be here anymore. I voted 10 times for Dustin to go.

I forgot who posted it above, but an interesting point was made.
Danielle is never shown (even on BBAD Showtime) mentioning her boyfriend anymore.
But you hear her talk about Nick over and over.
"remember when Nick did this? I cant wait for Nick to see that....."
And when her Dad asked her whats the first thing shes going to do when she gets out of the BB house Danielle answered
1. Get her hair done (I agree, her roots are looking pretty bad)
2. Go to Disneyland.
Never once did her boyfriend come up.
She seems like the type who needs someone to whine to and complain to, who will protect her.
In the house she had Nick.
Then ED when Nick was gone.
If you read Danielles HOH chatroom thing on the BB website (each HOH is allowed to write a note to the public) her message to her boyfriend was something like "Thank you for taking care of my bills when I am away" and a few generics I miss you and love you's.
She wrote 3x as long of a message to Nick and it was much more personal with all sorts of inside jokes, and sounded alot more heart felt.
Just an observation.

Maybe it is just me, but isn't anyone else offended by Dick being able to get away with calling Dustin 'Princess' on the airways. I am not for Dustin winning this contest, nor am I for Dick, but I find his use of a derogatory remark like 'Princess' to be akin to a racial remark or an anti-semitic remark. He would not be using it if Dustin were not gay! Big Brother did not air Ambers anti-semitic remarks on public television, but it seems it is okay to air ED's racial remark. Just an opinion.
