I'm on the Zach wagon. If I had been on slop and tortured by the rest of the hamsters like Jen has, I probably would have freaked out and tried some sort of vindictive behavior too and then ate everything in sight since I wasn't thinking straight from not eating. But she's no match for dick. I'm not impressed with BBs casting this year - a bunch of sour lemons that doesn't really make for even modest lemonade. They have slipped so many times that we know the game isn't real - we are just watching the car wreck, no the train wreck, no it's even worse than that now. The only thing I like about AP is that we have been able to make sure that the game stays interesting and not lame as has happened with previous nerd herds, etc. Zach is definitely playing the game and I love that he blocks Eric's lame flirting with Jess. Eric is not the best choice for AP. C'mon BB with how many thousands of applicants and you gave us Carol, Kail, Eric, Mike,Jess, Whameka, Whamber. pah-lease. I just want to puke but I can't stop getting my updates on the mess from you HD. So thanks and go Zach. although I think it may be Dani at his side getting second place.

From HD - From what I've gathered, Amber and Daniele will be on tonight's 'Power of 10'. Starts at 8:00 ET/7:00 CT on your local CBS channel. I haven't watched it beofre but I'll be watching tonight! LOL

I normally love all the drama and fussing that goes on during the season. But this year I'm starting to get a headache and just not enjoy it near as much since all they do is gang up like a pack of wolves on Jen night and day. They are just soooo vicious and cruel that it takes the amusement factor out of it. It makes me uncomfortable to watch her put up with all that ugliness and pure evil.

I'm with you HD. I am liking Zach more and more.

I have to mention that this season seems to be the worst for backdooring people or else it's that nobody in the house can make up their friggin' mind! Hasn't the POV been used almost every single time?

If Jen goes this week Jameka needs to go next week and then Eric and then Amber.

Why Zach? Well if by some miracle of God (HD sends that request via ESP to Jameka and Amber) that Jen stays I'll be rooting for her. But I doubt it. I'm liking Zach more and more because I just do. And him telling Dick what his take on the matters were a little big ago concerning the whole Jen thing made his stock rise even further for me.

Eric is like the dork in school who bashes other dorks to try to get in with the cool kids. At first I was like, "C'mon, America. Don't wreck his game! Who cares if Nick went home?" But in the words of Amber, I'm done with Eric. He's just a hateful little turd who needs his butt kicked, preferably by a girl.

I'm torn on Jameka. She was the most sympathetic to Jen initially during the cigarette fun, but then she got as petulant as Daniele on anyday ending in Y. I think her superstitious attitude about this game and unwillingness to take matters into her own hands is ridiculous, and kind of a cop out. Putting it all off on God or Jen or whoever else just keeps her from taking an active role in the game, and probably in life in general... I think sitting out 5 HOH's is a huge risk, and if she made other big moves in the game beyond that, maybe it'd be worthy of a win, but she hasn't. And she and Amber really aren't strategic masterminds, but I will give them credit for noticing the obvious F4 deal with D/D/E/J.

I'm DYING to know what is the deal with Zach. Does he really suck, or is he throwing everything? Some things he's obviously thrown, but I don't believe he's thrown everything. He thinks he's a genius, but he ought to know he's going to have to demonstrate SOMETHING sometime if he's going to win.

That stuff with Jen's cake picture last night made me sad, and this stuff never makes me sad. Mad, sure. Sad, not so much... And I hated them mocking her, calling her a Chinese woman while she swam today. I wish she'd get to stay, but in a way I'll be glad they won't be able to keep this BS up with her gone.

Did you see that RealityBBQ.com has Dick's alleged criminal record listed? Spousal abuse? Hmmmm....couldn't see him doing something like that....

From HD - Yeah, I saw that earlier. I have no idea if it's accurate or not. But I can say this much. When it comes to my personal information on that site (the first one that RBBQ mentioned) it is mostly incorrect. Yet another reason why all of you should be doing background checks on yourselves occasionally. A ton of inaccurate information finds itself into these databases and people run with it as truth. Dick's info there could be correct or not - I don't know. But these kinds of things are usually revealed early in the season and not after the halfway point. I'm just sayin'.

Too bad it's not a double eviction night Thursday! Wouldn't mind seeing Dick, Dani, Jameka or Amber go home too besides Jen! What's up with that??? How come no double eviction yet, BB?

HD, I really doubt that they would be on Power of 10 already tonight, I would imagine that it will air after the BB8 are all home. They usually air all game shows months ahead.

Oh HD, I know where you are coming from. I was so busy at work today couldnt listen or watch the feeds but if it was more "kicking a dead horse" than I am super glad I didn't!

We watch this every year and look forward to it every year to just escape our everyday lives and the stress that accompanies it. So when BB starts stressing me out, too painful to see somebody continually being beaten up, ridiculed, and ostracized it is upsetting. Where's our FUN? Where is our hero or heroine, our villian? Very hard to tell with this bunch.

We need our fun back!!!

Finally Zack stood up to ED letting him know he has gone to major extremes, the treatment of Jen is beyond nasty by all HG's, I probably would tell BB open that door and let me out- NOW, it's not worth staying a minute longer, wish that Jen would have won or had more staying power. Eric the motor mouth has to go, even Whamber and Jam are not as sickening as him, ED is no Dr Will for sure. Jessica seems to be the best choice for winning and Zach in the final two, could happen, but Danielle will most likely be in the final two with ED, digusting but could happen. HD, love this blog.........

There is very little I can think of to ay about most of the HG's
I like Dick. Maybe it is the entertainment value. Or maybe, being his age, I just miss the 80's LOL But I am so over his constant reminder of his self importance and his many good deeds on everyone elses behalf.
Dani Someone just nees to smack that whine out of her. Showing some common courteousy to Dick is the least she should do after his saving her butt. But there is no memememe in decency and gratitude.
Eric has rubbed me wrong from day one. He never shuts up which has served him well considering some of the things he has had to do and still keep himself in the house.
Amber besides wha wha wha what else can you say
I liked Jameka til she let Amber latch on to her relationship with her GOD. Despite this mistake I do find her to be the most authentically decent person in the house. Good, bad, angry and devoted.
Jessica I have a daughter Jessica the same age and I find her cute. She just a girl who wants to have fun. Nothing wrong with that. And I am still hoping she is capable of making her own decisions and moves when the time comes.
Zach has been my favorite for awhile now. He is my underdog and he has come this far alone without compromising himself or flip flopping.
And then there is Jen. She has taken the most crap of all the players I kept hoping her actions and behavior was strategy but after the other night I honestly believe she is just a self centered brat.She is either ugly or empty on the inside. Probably both.

Glad to see I am not the only one slowly being a little won over by Zach too. Not really so much the feeds but the diary room is helping. Bit refreshing. I need to watch teh feeds more to see if Zach is becoming more likeable there too. Madden Football has taken up the extra time lately.

I am going out on a limb here but Jameka may have made one of the best moves in the game taking herself out of the H.O.H. comps. So many people give her flack for it but if the D/D/J/E alliance takes her to the final 5 because she can't compete for H.O.H. they have someone to try and throw the P.O.V. to so they can break up the other alliance before the final four. Right now that H.O.H. with 5 remaining is starting to look very important if the D/D/J/E alliance continues its tear. Jameka may still have a fighting chance because she was willing to give up those H.O.H. comps.

FYI when jameka gave up the 5 HOH comps it was a different time from the time she saved jen for pulling her ball.

No matter who wins this year, not one of them are going to benefit from being on this season's show. Not one site I have visited has snything much good to say about any of them. They have all been portrayed badly. Whether this is the best BB could come up with or they are to blame thinking this would be a good cast of characters, I think this is the end of the show. The cast is bad enough without having all the interference of the producers via the DR.

I think that Jess is the only one left with some redeeming qualities.

Evil Dick: the name says it all
Dani: spoil, egotistic person
Jen: Narcissis
Zach: He is probably a decent guy and doesn't deserve the treatment he has gotten but he has done some creepy things and probably shouldn't have been subjected to what BB knew would come his way.
Jameka and Amber: I think someone should tell them that God has more important things to attend to. I also think that drugs have affected Ambers mind, especially her memory.
Eric: A want-to-be but overall probably also a decent person forced to do America's wants all to often.

With all this said, Dick will probably be the only one who's reputation won't have been changed by this show. I wouldn't want to be any of the others.

P.S. If Jen hasn't met Dr Will she should, their like to peas in a pod since they both love themselves the most.

I am not a Dick fan... I get why he is on the show...but it is just old...(I was over it at least a month ago!) I give Jen a lot of credit, no matter how she may have flipped her lid in recent days. She has been bashed repeatedly for no good reason and has for a really long time taken it rather well! I cannot imagine how hurtful it must be to Jen's family and friends.

On a happy note:

I love Jess! I also love Zach. :o) I didn't think I would, but he's just so lovably goofy. Plus he's a fellow FSU grad! Always a plus... :o)

Better yet, maybe we could look forward to the first ever Big Brother Ping-pong ball revival! The hypocrit and the baby-killer could give sermons on why the Almighty turns away from the world's war, famine, disease, and perversity but genuinely gives a flying four fingered flip who wins a reality TV program. Yeah, I'd definately subscribe to Showtime to see that Revival.

And who else do we have in the house to keep things interesting?

America's player? Yeah I actually think I babtized that little twerp in the toilet myself back in High School.

Zach? I've had bowel movements with a greater concept of strategy. And entertaining? The only difference between my golden retriever and Zach is that the dog's smart enough to realize that chasing Unicorns (Jess) is only worthwhile if when you catch one you have a cold snowball's chance in hell of holding on to one. Give it Shrek, stick to the swamp where you belong.

Jen? Granted Jen's interesting to watch, but then most train wrecks are.

Jess? Please, the girl nearly drowned 3 months before the show when she found scratch and sniff sticker at the bottom of her parent's swimming pool.

Dani? Face it kids, Nick's gone and the only reason she's not on the same train as Jen is that she's Dick's Daughter.

Enough isn't enough. It's all we have, and quite frankly the only reason anyone's watching.

I want Dani to win it all. Regardless of how people feel about her - she put up with alot of shit and no matter how whiny she is, you know she plays the game GOOD.

For any one thinking this could be BB's last year, I took these ratings from zap2it.com.(Aug 9 ratings) It shows that BB has strong rating and is in no danger what so ever. As a matter of fact, I know folks (and have seen some blogs here on this sight) that have never watched the show until this year when the fireworks began! haha Sometimes "crazy" is good for business!

I too am rooting for Zach and Jess...they are the only HGs who have maintained good spirits and some balance in the game. Zach's DR strategy is spot on too.

It's especially funny when Zach checks Eric's faux machismo. The HGs assume he's a graceless clod, but he's very aware of the game play and other HG's weaknessess/vulnerabilities within their alliance and the group as a whole.

It was sooo funny when Zach plunked his head down on Jess' boobs and Jess instinctively knew it was a taunt to Eric. She was far more shocked at Eric worming out than Zach's boldness. Zach is cleverly showing Jess that Eric is showmancing/playing her.

BTW-Does anyone else want to throw up in their mouth every time Whamber wears that white knit skirt hanging off her fat a$$? Jeebers some one give that woman a clue and a 3-way mirror.

I just couldn't bring myself to watch "Power of 10", as it's just about the most dumbed down piece of claptrap on CBS (and that's a pretty wide field). IMHO- Drew Carey was once a clever and funny comedian now he's just lame and annoying.

i am completely and 100% behind dick....i hope he wins. unfortunately i don't think he has a shot in hell. the best scenario is that it is dick and daniele in the final two. dick is dick (nuff said) and daniele has been the best player in all the competitions. everyone seems to bash daniele because she whines...but every word out of jessica's mouth is a whine. i like jessica...but i don't think she is much of a game player...she latched on to eric and has been hiding behind his decisions so far. i'm waiting for her to make a few of her own. actually...i really wanted jen to win until she wigged out over the cigarettes. i'm hoping that jameka will be evicted this week and jen somehow survive. dick and jen....the final two. now wouldn't that be a sight to behold.
