I love the nominations. I want Jessica to win the veto and leave the noms the way they are and I want Daniele voted out. As long as I'm dreaming, I might as well do it in technicolor! Lots of people have commented on how annoying Jessica's voice is. To me, it is music to my ears compared to Daniele's whining voice. Go Jess!

Yeah, David's scenario is a good one, but that would still leave Dani going home. Personally, I would love to see Zach or Jen win it, taking off Dani and then Dustin or Amber going up.

I am enjoying watching Dick and Daniele getting paid back for all the crap they have put everyone else through. Dick was acting all smug before Kail got voted out as if he owned the house. As I watch latenight Amber was hearing what Jema was saying about God and what he can do for us I might me crazy but it just might help her in life. I'd like to see Jen win and take ED off the block. Jessica promised Zack she wouldn't nominate him if she won HOH this week. That would force her to either put one of her own up or go back on her word.

I really don't get why there is such a big fuss over Amber and her statement about jewish people. She is just an ex-(?) drug user, not the President of the United States. She wasn't trying to get everyone to join some group-hating club. She's just ignorant.

I hope ED wins the POV then he will save Danielle and have Jessica with either putting up Dustin or Jen. I love Ed because he at least has the BONES to tell it like it is!!!! Amber is now off my radar, she is so broken down that it seens cruel to keep pointing our her defiencies, I blame BB producers for not vetting her. Nothing in her life has ever prepared her for this, so sad.

Do I feel so sorry for her that I think she should win anything? No. As other people have pointed out this isn't a pity party, it is a game show, may the best person win.

I can't stand the nerd heard really. They're acting all big and bad this week because they have control over the house. I can't stand any of them seriously! HD, you said earlier that you love all the backstabbing, lieing, and drama. Im with you on that accept these people in this house have NO CLASS. In previous seasons they've backstabbed and campaigned against eachother to get ahead in the game.

The HG's this season, are out to hurt eachother. They go for someones most personal deep seeded issues and use it against them for leverage. And you almost get the feel it's a popularity contest. They're not voting people based on thier game play, they're voting for people based on wether or not they like them and if they are a threat to them personally. The whole thing is mentaly exhausting to watch. They all need to GROW UP! and start playing the game for real, the way it's suppose to be played. With some sort of strategy involved.

i have to give jess credit for nominating ED and dani! (they were the 2 i wanted to see on the block). i thought she'd be afraid of putting them both up (cuz if one of them goes home the other one is going to go after her as soon as they can). i thought she would put up jen and zack, and try to back door ED or dani. i guess she's smarter or braver than i gave her credit for. i'd like to see eric (not cuz i really like him-i'm still on the fence w/him), since he is "america's player" win the pov and see if he can trick the HG's into thinking hes the guy he was before the "Banner Incident". at least for me, the longer eric can stay in the house and do what america says, the more interesting this season will be....if the nominations change, i'd LOVE to see amber GONE!!!!PLEASE...

Would love for the noms to stay same, I think the HGs would be smart to play a new game, "How much do you love your daughter". The way it is played is if the noms stay the same the HG's tell E D that if he continues to cause friction in the house with his vulgarity and blowups then they will evict Danielle, it's his choice. Of course no matter what happens during the week they should evict him, cause he's a timebomb waiting to blow.

i heard that kail will be returning to the bb8 house, does anybody know if this rumor is true? I guess kail was told on the morning show. Also if kail returns does this mean that this is a double elemenation week?

I'm surprized that so many of comments are against Dick. Don't you watch the live feeds? Dustin, Eric, Amber and Jameka (when she does say something) are always using swear words about Dani, Dick, Jen and sometimes each other. The show only shows Dicks blowup, but at least he tells it to your face and you know where you stand. He know worse than the rest and is possibly better in the long run.

As far as the votes this week as long as dani or dick, jen or zack wins the POV and takes one of them off then either dustin, jameka or amber will be going home. eric has to vote for america and america wants dustin and amber gone. It will be a 4-2 vote. eric was suppose to get jess to put dustin up but he didn't and he has been talked to in the DR he will have to work her after the POV.

The only reason eric is still hear is because BB talked amber into keeping him. They spent hours talking to Jen and Amber in the DR in order to make sure he was staying.

I think my wife said it best when she said that the one thing that would set Dick off the most would be for Danielle to go before him. I'd love to see some one use the veto to save Dick. It would be hilarious if Danielle won POV and took Dick off. I think she's to selfish to do that though.

This season should be called BB8:Take it personal. I don't think I've seen one strategic move so far. Going back to week two when Jen was HoH she put up Dick and Danielle because they were mean to her. Dick turns around next week and puts up Jen and Kail because Jen put him up and Kail was petitioning against him. And so on and so forth. Now Dicks trying to go at Dustin for taking the prizes in the veto ceremony. It's a game for crying out load. He won those to give up veto. So what. That's part of the game. Stop taking everything so personal.

I still don't see why every season they tell their allies that they are going to the end with them. If you want to win the game you have to go to the final two with someone that is hated more than you, ex. Dick. Why take a crap shot by filling the sequester house with allies and standing at the end with an ally. It's a 50/50. I like my odds against Dick than any other house guest.

Anything that gets you to the next week IS real strategy. I don't think the houseguests have to do some sort of Machiavellian power play in order to "really" play the game -- just ask Kaysar how well that worked out for him.

And the idea that everyone has to "grow up" seems even more ludicous to me. I admitted to myself a long time ago that Big Brother is the trashiest reality competition out there (in the Survivor form). It is a guilty pleasure and things are fun when people don't act like grown ups.

I would LOVE to see Dick or Danni get the veto, have Jess put Dustin on the block (seeing he said he would go up, cuz he feels safe) With a vote from Jen, Zack, 1 Danoto and "america's player" they could pull it off and stay!

First Jameka is not a Christian, she is a hypocrite (a person whose actions belie stated beliefs - From dictionary). Dick may be a jerk, but you have to give him some credit for shooting straight. He is the only one with guts enough to tell it like it is. I am sure he will go home and I will be done with BB8. Who could stand to listed to Dustin back stab everyone and Eric being the most obnoxious person in the house without ED to keep them on their toes? If BB does have any influence, maybe...just maybe! They have to keep up the ratings.

I am happy about the nominations because they are the exact same ones I would have put forth if I was Jessica.

I am still catching up on todays activities and not sure who all are playing for POV but, since Jessica is my fave, would prefer one of the LNC winning the POV but their is a chance of things being more entertaining and nerve racking if either of the other four get it. Normally I would go with the more entertaining but can't this week.

I am really worried Jessica's H.O.H. reign can turn into a mess if either one gets removed from the block because right now they jokingly say Dustin will go up as a pawn from what I can tell.

I mentioned in one of the other topics at this point with all the controversy surrounding Eric being able to stay; I really think it is possible that the majority of Americas votes will start to be not be in Eric's favor as far as his alliance goes.

Based on what has happened thus far it isn't exactly clear if Eric can veto America's votes. The Kail votes, though have created a bunch of heat in the house, really meant nothing to the overall game but as the number of votes become tighter they become more important to go his way if he wishes to stay in the game. It could be a chance for him to take out Dustin instead but it is getting harder to cover his tracks. Though it is possible that if the final noms are Dustin and Dick he, Eric, still wouldn't be able to get Dustin out since Dick from what I have read in the recaps looks to want to go out 6-0. I presume so in his own little way he comes off the biggest threat of the season with everyone voting him out.

The short of it after all my babble:
Current noms great.
Prefer veto not used.
If veto used would prefer it be used on Dick.

Jen or Zach would be stupid to use the POV. It would make one of them a target along with the Dick/Daniele survivor next week. I believe Daniele would save herself and Dick would save Daniele also. The rest will leave the noms the same. Great job as usual HD.

OMG I just had a light bulb moment. Let's say someone wins POV and takes Dick or Dani down and then they put up Dustin just so they can slam Dick and Dani in the face. Here's the twist we would have Eric vote out Dustin so would Dick, Zach and Jen and boom Dustin is gone. Now talk about flipping the house on it's side. OMG this has to work. I'm not sayin I'm a fan of D&D Jen and Zach what I like about this is the nerdherd would get a taste of their own medicine. Now that would make for good TV dontcha think?

Personally, I'd like to see Amber go home, but Dick & Dani should be split up while they have the chance. So best case scenario: Jen wins POV, takes Dani off, Jess puts Amber up (oh - no - cry fest!) and Dani goes home. BUT - - Amber is now sufficiently peeved and turns on LNC-5 which forces them to remove her next time around. Of course, that will ruin the "ending" that Dustin and Eric dreamed about - where they have the power block on the jury to vote for the one they want to win - - BUT, it would still mean that one of those from the LNC-5 would win.

The producers blew it by manipulating Eric to stay in the house because now the sequestered vote will be owned by the LNC. I'm sure they are smart enough to realize that all they have to do is have Zach or Jen in the final two vs. the LNC finalist.

In this scenario, the game is ruined because the only suspense is who would be the lnc rep which nobody is interested in anyway.

producers would then fix the game to have 2 lnc finalists and again, no one would care anyway.

If Eric left, it would have been a fair game but now they have lost me as a viewer. The only thing that they could do is rig the game with "mystery" america's choice votes further diluting the integrity of the game.

I'd like to see zack or jen or daniel or her dad win the veto, take danny off, have jes put up Dustin (as he requested her to do) and then have them all vote out dustin, and eric will be that lil ole magic vote that gets him booted out :)

Just not impressed with any hamster's game play this year.

Of course many enjoy Dick's "in your face" and "tell it like it is", BUT is that any way to play this game and win? I think not. Look where it has gotten him and his daughter.

Maybe it would be a good thing to get rid of Danielle this week, Dick would go off the deep end and from everything I've heard the two of them say this week they EXPECT Danielle to still be there. Dick has made so many enemies in this house that I don't see any way he can win people over again, but Danielle, I think it's possible once her father is gone to win some of those folks over to her side.

I agree completely. The blatant manipulating CBS did to keep Eric (the AP voting scam, convincing Amber to keep Eric, trying to manipulate Jen, the obvious biased questions at the HOH comp) was so stupid on their part. Yes, they protected their player. But, do they realize that it is not actually their player at all? Eric has been doing what he wants since week 2. He does not play for America in any way, he plays for himself. His personal attacks and despicable words have crossed a line. His plan to expose Amber was bad enough...but insinuating incest between the Donatos, well, that's just appalling. And, now, BB8 will be predictable and boring, Are we really going to tune in to watch hours of Dustin and Eric patting themselves on the back, while Jameka and Amber read the bible? I'm thinking....no. I'm done with BB8 this summer. The producers should have let the HG's do their thing and the show would've stayed interesting.

Well sorry my posts aren't in keeping with what you want on your site I am just blogging my feelings about my reaction to the show. I really don't care (sorta) who wins anymore. I think that's why the content of the posts on your site has kinda changed to reflect the absence of Nick, Dick and Danielle fans and an increase in Jen, Eric and Jessica fans. Yeah some people have turned, but after the recent events many people have just checked out on all the blog sites. You may not believe the show is being scripted and really is NOT a competition but I have seen enough to believe it and I do have a problem with using real people's lives to create a soap opera that they are controlling, like they are little mini gods, all a bunch of freaking SIMS 2 fans or something and have decided to take it live...
The recent suicide of a Pirate contestant and her significant other is not the last of that, I think. This is just the stuff to cause it. I now admire Jerry Springer for hiring people to play the nastiest people in the world instead of having the real thing(s) on his show.like BB has.

By Dick's actions on BB, we can only come to the conclusion that he is truly a woman hater. His personal life illustrates that and his behavior and treatment of the women on the show further illustrate this.

merkinman, there's one slight hitch in your comment...It's assumed that since Eric made it to sequester, unless he's in the final 2 or the producers decide not to do it for the jury vote, Eric won't be voting, it'll be an AP decision. In that case, assuming if went the way you figure, THE AUDIENCE WOULD BE THE DECIDING VOTE!

I agree, everyone would have a good chance in the final two against Dick. But he's just way too abusive. I actually have to turn off the feeds when he gets going.

I refuse to believe that the producers of the show did any manipulating to get Eric to stay. I don't believe for a minute that the game is fixed. I do know that they let the other HG know what is said in the DR of evicted HG or they wouldn't have had that last HOH comp the way they did. :( I don't like it, but it's obvious they do. But I just don't think they go as far as to "rig" the game by swaying opinions in the DR.

I don't know about you, but if I was God sitting up there in heaven looking down upon the Big Brother house during that 'holy war'...
