I am a BB fan from the first year. I think the show is BEST! I do have a question after having watching tonights show. Why was Jennells last answer that was 300 upside down aloud to win when she turned it over as 275. I have watched it 3 times now and her first anwser was 300. It was up side down and Julie told her to turn it over. when she did she turned it around , not over and it read 275. This is not fear. Beau should have been HOH this time. Can you tell me why?

I'm beside myself kind of happy that Janelle won HoH, but I think that she made the wrong choice for nominations. She really should have picked Ivette. Ivette has the only connection to James. Take away Ivette, you have a good chance of gaining James. Not to mention that Ivette is the one who is able to keep "the friendship" together. Janelle and Howie's tactics would probably work on Beau and April if it weren't Ivette, who sees the bigger picture. I'm hopeful that it will work out in the end for Janelle, Howie and Rachel, but a little afraid... Rachel or Howie will HAVE to win the next HoH in order to make the playing field even!

Ok i just watched NUMBERS-GATE one more time and you fiendsheep biatches are totally wrong on how things went down.

Here's what happened: Janelle took her first guess and wrote down 300...there was still time left so she turned over the card and starts writing a second guess...Julie says "house guests i need your answers"....Boring holds up his answer: 175...Julie looks over and Janelle is still writing her second guess down on the back of the card, but you can see the front of the card with the upside down first guess of 300..Julie says "Janelle you are upside down, April show me your answer"...cry baby shows her answer: 145...Janelle finishes writing her second answer and flips it over to reveal 275 to win.

THERE WAS NOTHING SHADY ABOUT IT.

I went back and re-watched tonights show to see exactly what went on with Janelle's change of mind answer. It was very clear that she wrote 300 on the card for her first choice answer, and even before Julie said her card was upside down, Janelle was already writing her 275 answer, it was very clear that she was writing on the card a new answer. I had to watch again, because the first time, I was unsure how or when she wrote a diffrent answer. I am 100% positive, it wasn't rigged, it was a change of mind for Janelle, which put her as HOH! I love how Rachel is sleeping in the Gold Room. It's a good strategy, really, as it forces the sheep to go elsewhere in pairs or threes in order to talk privately, which will make the others not included to wonder what they are talking about, therefore causing distrust and dissension among the sheep. Very smart, whether she knows it or not!

I think Rachel is being crafty (by sleeping in the Gold room) in trying to demonstrate some distance from Howie and Janelle in order to not be the first targeted the week after, if the HOH is passed to the other team.

I think Janelle made a poor decision in nominating Maggie. The two pairs could remain united and all go after Maggie. It makes more sense to go after the existing pairs.

BUT - it would make most logical sense now for Beau and Ivette to vote for Jen, in order to bust up another pair. I don't think Maggie and April, together, would form a threatening presence. Annoying, yes. Threatening, nah!

Unfortunately, Beau is not going to vote most logically. He'll likely just follow, like a puppy dog, Ivette.

Sending one of the Sheep straight home, rather to sequester, will be such a sweet treat for the Sovereigns. For me, the prospect of seeing the Sheep eat each other alive is just as pleasurable as watching the underdogs deliver a few decisive hits. So let the treachery begin!

Obviously, Janelle's reign as HoH will be short and her group will still be outnumbered even after the second eviction. So while this small victory has not turned the game in their favour (yet), the Sovereigns can use it to do exactly that. They have to stay focused, though. The next HoH competition will be just as critical.

ok I am going to say this and be done with it. I really don't like any of the house gusts this season, but I want James to win. I don't give a damn about the HoH Comp, I have my own opinion on it. But stop whinning all of you and lets try to look at this strategically. The kaysar club is now out to oust the friendship, clearing the way for James to win this whole season. They need to stop thinking about revenge (like some the past HoH's have) and get stategic. Stop getting mad at the sheep for getting rid of Kaysar, it was actually a good starategic move. If Janelle was smart, they would vote out maggie (the stronges of the sheep) and then we take it from there. The problem has been all season with the Kaysar club is that they think to far ahead when they have no control over who becomes HoH. So to all the hamster watchers out there, get over the comp last night, what is done is done and lets see who wins HoH next week and work from there.

James has been hiding for the past week; not saying much. I think he's about to resurface again, knowing that he's "probably" safe for another week with all the other BS going on. Look for him to get cocky again.

Just to clarify, the reason people are throwing a fit about the 300 answer is that the HGs were not allowed to go over the number (like in The Price is Right), so even though Janie's 300 guess would have been closer, if that had been her final answer, Beau would have won. I do not think there was a fix or anything. Just wanted to explain why there's all this hoopla.
I'm really excited that Janie got HOH! I stayed up way too late last night watching the feeds because it was so funny to watch these people who "think of each other as family" start to plot, scheme, and manipulate each other mere hours after losing power. At one point when Maggie and Ivette were talking Maggie said "They say you see people's true colors when they win, but I think that you see their truest colors when they lose." I don't know who she was talking about at the time, but I found that very amusing, because she was absolutely right. And along those lines, Kaysar's truest colors impressed me even more last night. It was incredibly classy of him to take his time to say goodbye to the HGs to thank and apologize to America instead of (justifiably) talking about how badly he was stabbed in the back. Also, I'm not sure I would have been able to keep myself as composed as he did when he watched Jen's goodbye message. What a wench! Anyway, thanks for listening.

I had a dream that Janelle would win HOH, that it would be a double elimination and that it would be either Jennifer and Maggie or April. And just like Oz dreams really do come true! For all those complaining about a fix, you are obviously new to the BB phenom. I've been watching since Season 1, Episode 1 and that's how the game works. Until Julie says final answer, you write something, scratch it out, rewrite, etc. If you had seen prior seasons, you would know that. You would also know that Julie can't verify an answer that she can't read. Whether it's upside down or chicken scratch, if she can't read it she tells you. Janelle had every right to change her answer until Julie called time.
P.S. I can't wait to see that hypocrite Jennifer get her sorry ass kicked out!! Oh Happy Day!!!

This is not "Do You Want To Be A Millonaire." The house guest are not asked is that your final answer? Therefore Janelle's answer of 300, all be it upside down, should have beem taken as her answer. The host of the show, Julie, should not take the game out of the hands of the "house guest". Is the FIX on?

Nope - Jan won it fair and square....
Jan never changed a submitted answer - Jan was writing on a vertical card and then flipped to the back to write the "275" on the clean back. Julie mistakenly thought that the "300" entry was in fact a final answer and submitted; it was not.

Jan was just writing holding her card vertically not in a submitted state. (Beau wrote at a slant, and April just was thinking.) While Jan was still writing (card held vertically), Julie mistakenly advised Jan that the card was upside down. Jan then placed it HORIZONTALLY - finished writing and capping her pen, and THEN held her Vertical answer with her chin resting. From Jan's posture and manner she held the 275, that entry was clearly the submitted entry (Meanwhile April was still writing.)

BTW -- Jan WON the HOH competition fair and square. Jan wrote her answer VERTICALLY. Jan NEVER submitted the "300", the "300" wasn't a mistake or a change of a submitted answer. Jan Flipped the clean side of the card over Vertically and was WRITING "275" on the Back FLIP SIDE. (Beau was writing at slant, April was still thinking.)

Julie was mistaken when Julie told Jan that her answer was upside down. Jan's intended answer was "275" and Jan "said she was sorry, and put her card HORIZONTALLY to finish her answer, CAPPED the pen, and then Jan Held IT UP. (april still was writing during all of this)

Jan NEVER changed a submitted answer, she WON HOH CLEANly and FAIRLY. (thank yu very much)

THANK-YOU JANEY!!!!You just made me jump with joy and if things had not started to pick up for the good guys I would have had a very difficult time watching the show or the feeds.Maggie may be the glue that holds that team together but as long as she and james are both in the house I suspect they are more worried about each other and may divert nominations from Team Kaysar.It will be interesting to see if James will be able to get Ivette to vote against Maggie.I notice when they are altogether the Fiends are still trying to act like they are working together but the minute they get a chance to break into units of two or three the conniving starts. I've watched the HOH competition where Janelle apparently won. I would give anything for her answer of 300 to be her only answer! But fair is fair. I was appalled when James swore on the Bible and then said his promise was null! I do NOT approve of telling lies. However, I DO NOT APPROVE of the behavior I saw out of Howie and Janelle, especially when Janelle was drunk (?) and calling April names and Beau names. Beau responded alike. But Howie's behavior is SO OBNOXIOUS I could easily swear off watching BB all together. Why didn't BB step in and do something like when the house got out of line when Eric went after (who was it anyway?) Eric was too much of a hot head! And now Howie and Janelle are just as bad!!! There are still a few houseguests that are not showing themselves to be such ---holes that I am rooting for them regardless of which side they are on. Unfortunately, Rachel is the only one of King Kaysar's team that I might possibly want to stay. Maggie has played with integrity and strategically and I would LOVE for her to win. I would HATE IT if either Howie or Janelle wins as I would rather Jennifer, who went back on her word, even James who swore on the Bible and went back on his word, would win over the name calling cry babies, Howie and Janelle. Doesn't anyone else see how despicable they are?!?
