I think that if Eric does come back, it will show that all these people who think it is a conspiracy, are correct. On all the chat boards I have been to, never once have a come across someone who wants Eric to come back. I think anyone who watched the feeds knows what scum he is.. and knows that he doesnt deserve another shot.

the show will be ruined if the voting is fixed and Eric comes back. There is no way CBS can put a good spin on it, especially with all the live feed viewers. Then again, being a James fan, if this happens and they are totally screwed so Howie deserves it!!

I'm voting for both Kaysar and Eric. And I think there are going to be a lot of voters who do not run and tell on message boards how they voted. There are like 11 million BB fans; we can't expect all of them to be as big of fans as we are therefore many will not post.

And also all you people making fun of Eric's height need to take a look at your own flaws. The fact that he is short is not his fault. If you have a problem with someone looking different from yourselves, you need to pray about it. God gave each of us our traits and we need to take them in stride. I myself have curly hair, Can I alter it? yes. Am I going to? no. God gave me curly hair and I'm thankful for it.

Russ, perhaps you're taking that pic a little too seriously? I'm short myself (5'1" thank you very much) and I've heard enough short jokes already in my life to last me until I'm 500 years old! LOL

And I definitely don't have a problem with people looking different from me and I don't think most others do either - especially Big Brother fans. After all, what's one complaint most have at the beginning of the season when the HGs are announced? That they're all pretty, young, white, blah, blah. Who would want everybody to look exactly alike anyway? Not me.

I'm sorry for being so serious. I just get sick of people bashing other ppl after all they are under a microscope, so people are going to do things that might not be done in the real world. I just had to quit going to BB chat that comes w/ live feeds because I just don't like for ppl to say they hate someone who if me or you were under similar circumstances could be one of us. But lol everyone does have the right to free speach. I can argue w/ myself at times (maybe I'm crazy) :)

Each time I log on to the CBS site to watch the live feed I cast my vote several times for Kaysar. I hope that CBS would keep this honest and put in the person with the most votes. I will be really surprised to see Eric return.

I am a HUGE Kaysar fan. I vote every chance I get. I am also addicted to BB. I listen to the live feeds while I work. I would strongly consider becoming un-addicted if Eric comes back. GO KAYSAR!!!!

CBS did play cya by putting the disclaimer at the bottom of the voting page: "All decisions by CBS regarding the vote and the results are final and not subject to challenge or appeal."
To me this implies that they have the right to make a decision on the results of the vote...so why vote at all? Don't get me wrong I am voting for Kaysar, but truely believe that this season seems more "fixed" than seasons past. I am already finding it difficult to watch, and if Eric does come back (by the hand of America or CBS) I probably won't watch.
