Interviews With Ross
As you already know, Ross Mathews, will be interviewing the houseguests that are evicted as the season goes on. Last night, he posted a round of interviews with the men of Big Brother at his site that he conducted earlier this week.
Later today, he'll have the women's interviews up and I'll add them here. Until then, check out the men with Ross!
And here are the women now!
Has your impression of any of them changed after watching this?

Let's Gather Our Thoughts
It's been a busy week so far hasn't it? Busy and exciting! Just imagine, we're only getting started.
On Sunday, we found out what the possible (now definite) twists would be. Some in the house will get to live in relative luxury compared to their unlucky fellow hamsters. And the cliques! The house will be divided into four always-present high school cliques: jocks, populars, brainiacs, and outcasts. Will there be more twists? How long will the cliques last?
On Monday, the house was revealed thanks to the lifting of the media day embargo (and the hamsters entering sequester the day before). Bubble wrap, energizing workout bikes, compost bins, an ultra-luxurious HOH room, and a secret bedroom were presented to us on eco-friendly bamboo plates. And don't forget the pool room. By the way, did it bug anybody else when that media chick didn't take the pie in the face yet won the slop pass? Do us a favor and don't come back next year ya wuss.
Tuesday was a little calmer but sure enough, news of a semi-House Calls surfaced as well as a new interview with Allison Grodner. For those of you unsure about what's going on here or may not have heard the news, House Calls with Gretchen Massey was canceled because they couldn't find a sponsor.
Well that's what they're saying at least. Don't get me wrong, I loved the show. But I always thought it was super lame that they wouldn't talk about what was currently going on in the house. However, I did wind up making one huge discovery last season. I actually liked Daniele Donato a million times more than than I ever did when she was in the house. Yeah, yeah, yeah I know what you're thinking. You may as well pull out one of those bamboo plates right now and give me a spankin'. Moving on, I can't wait to hear Ross Mathews' interviews with the evicted hamsters every Friday morning!
Of course, the biggest news of the season so far came today. We found out who the hamsters we'd be watching this season would be! The first thought that came to my mind when I saw them was that we definitely have some eye candy for both sexes this season. This is a good-looking bunch that also seems to be surprisingly well-rounded (unlike previous seasons). Like you, I gave them a glance and checked out their profiles while also trying to figure out which clique they would best fit in.
Some of them fit into those four aforementioned cliques easier than others. Michele is definitely a brainiac. Lydia is definitely an outcast. Laura is definitely a popular (if you know what I mean). Russell is definitely a jock. Some could be in multiple cliques: Braden, Kevin, Natalie, Braden. But we can't forget about that mystery thirteenth houseguest! Who will it be? Will they extend the recycling theme to bring back a hamster from a previous season? I hate having to wait until July 7th to find out who the mystery hamster will be though.
Also today, Julie 'Chenbot' Chen gave us an official house tour that showed the secret room and explained the twists a tad bit more. If you haven't seen the video yet, what are you waiting for? What do you think about that third room? Looks pretty comfy eh?
So what are your thoughts about everything you've learned this week about Big Brother 11? Love the house? Hate it? Love the hamsters? Hate them? Why or why not? Let me know in the comments below! I'd also appreciate it if you'd tell me what you think about the Flashback feature available on Real Player this season (check out the video below for a quick explanation). Oh man, I can't wait for the season to begin!

Jealous Of Ross 'The Intern'?
I don't know about you but I'm really excited about finding out who the new hamsters are tomorrow. But, I'm also excited to hear that Ross 'The Intern' from Jay Leno's show will be interviewing the evicted houseguests and posting them up on his fabulous web talk-show site. Think of it as a "new" Housecalls except on Fridays. Before lunch.
I love that he's a big fan of Big Brother and I especially love the enthusiasm that he brings to everything he does. I could feel his excitement through the monitor while watching him make his big reveal. Wouldn't we all love to be in his spot?
Check out his big announcement in the video below. Also, be sure to check out his show Inside Dish with Ross Mathews every Friday morning (or more often)! Don't worry - I have a link up over there on the right in my links list in case you forget.
Are you going to watch Ross' show like I am? Oh, and don't forget (like you could anyway) to join me back here tomorrow where we'll begin obsessing over the new Big Brother 11 hamsters!

House Details!
Let the house discussions begin! Media day is here and the twelve journalists picked to go into the house are now finally able to talk about their twelve hour stay last weekend. The theme of the house is indeed green but sadly none of the water conserving rumors turned out to be true (and yes there is a washing machine).
The kitchen has an Oriental theme that includes bamboo cabinets and dinner plates and also has trash cans set up for recycling. One of the bedrooms has a swimming pool theme. The spa room has exercise bikes that are set up to light a light bulb when being used. The spiral staircase is a bright orange. There is a huge outdoor mural on one of the HOH bedroom walls. The backyard has been outfitted with new patio furniture as well as a compost machine to match the one in the kitchen.
Those are just some of the many details coming out about the house. You can check out WLBB.com's Katie Neal's impression of the house after her stay right here. Hmm, I wonder if that dish of keys in the living room has anything to do with the secret room the journalists weren't allowed to see?
More links to stories about the media day event and the house will be added as the day progresses so be sure to check back here later!
What do you think about the house so far? Do you think there will actually be any composting done in the BB house this season? What do you think will be the pet this season? Tell me your thoughts in the comments!

The Have And The Have Nots
What do you think of when you hear the phrase "the have and the have nots?" If you're like me then you're probably thinking along the lines of rich and poor. That, ladies and gentlemen, might just be the theme of Big Brother 11!
Of course, it hasn't been officially announced. Yet. And that's if it's even true. I tend to think it's true as it comes from somebody online who goes as CornerOffice over at RealityBBQ. They've been spot on in previous seasons with their pre-season Big Brother news leaks so I have no reason to think it's false. Now back to the possible theme.
Reality Blurred has this post up comparing this theme/twist to one that was used in the first seasons of The Netherlands' version of Big Brother. Basically, the house was divided up into two groups - one group lived in luxury while the other group didn't. The groups would occasionally 'battle' each other for the right to live the high life and each team captain would have special privileges. The really interesting part of that is that at any time somebody could battle their captain and take over their spot.
CornerOffice also revealed that their will be a high school spin on the season as well. Remember those fabulous cliques from back in high school? Well they're back - except we get to watch them instead of live them. According to CornerOffice, Big Brother has cast hamsters that fit into those lovely teen stereotypes. The cheerleader, jock, geek, kicker, skate punk, etc. are all back together (or not) again! They'll be made to form their own cliques with no help from Big Brother. Then, they'll play in the game as those groups until later in the season when they'll be competing on their own. That sounds like an interesting twist to me!
Allison Grodner revealed in an interview about a week ago that something will happen on the premiere show that has never happened before. Will that be when we see them split into cliques? And as we know, the hamsters are in the house a few days before the show premieres. (By the way, they went into sequester today, will be entering the house on July 5th, and then the show starts on July 9th.) So will they be made to 'clique' together right after entering? Or will they be given a day to get to know each other before doing so?
Some more tidbits and/or rumors about the upcoming season: The house will be going green and it seems water conservation is at the top of the list. I've read everything from movement-activated shower heads and sink faucets to there being no washing machine! I can get behind that just for the silliness and unpampered fun. Perhaps the Haves get laundry service while the Have Nots get a washboard? Tee hee.
Will there be 12 or 13 hamsters? The latest commercial says 12. But in the same interview with Allison Grodner I mentioned earlier, she joked that Julie Chen's baby could be the 14th houseguest. There are even some rumors floating around out there that there will be 16 hamsters. However, CBS' official Big Brother site has just 12 boxes. Who knows?
Tomorrow, there will definitely be some more news out about the season as the media day embargo will be officially over since the houseguests will have been sequestered. We'll also be able to hear all about the experiences the special guests had last weekend in their 12-hour stay.
Check back tomorrow for more news and links. And if you haven't already, make sure you're signed up for the live feeds by clicking here!
So what do you think about this news? And what clique were you in in high school?
Update - Per CornerOffice (again), there will be four different cliques. We'll have the jocks, populars, brainiacs, and outcasts. Interesting!
